I have honestly had nothing but the best experience since signing up with Bokksu. It gives out everything that they promised in their service (unique, hard to find snacks from across the great country of Japan, in a fantastic blend of savory & sweet). I have found so many new favorites, and experiences from going with Bokksu. As well the one time something went wrong for me (USPS lost my box after claiming it had no postage) Bokksu came in and made sure I was 100% satisfied, and sent me another box. Which if that isn't customer service at it's best, I don't know what is! So I intend to keep up my subscription, and advise that of you are looking for something new, exciting, amazing and definitely unique - get a Bokksu subscription.

High-quality snacks and teas, I haven't gotten a box I didn't love and a great market that you can reorder favorites.

I love this product so much that I have gotten subscriptions for my daughters so that they can experience this great gift box. The items are always such a surprise and delicious. A mix of sweet and savory morsels of delight! I love the petite sizes of the snacks so that you can tuck them in your purse and have any time you need a little something. I love how the monthly choices are catagorized in card stock with explanations of each unique item... that is a learning experience too. I have reordered my favorites in bulk to have around for guests and my grandchildren, that love them too. The cultural experience is an added bonus and the packaging is pristine.

It gives great variety from all over Japan, everything is tasty and I can never seem to make the box of goodies last for more than 2 days!

Fantastic, delicious subscription service. Best part of every month. Flavors, monthly themes, tasting guides, website, etc. are all phenomenal. Decided to check out the service after seeing it advertised online and am so happy with what I got.

One of my favourite snacks was available on the market so I had to purchase of course!!! It arrived nicely packaged and just in time for me to share with my friends

Very good customer service and products. Keep an eye on your payments because they're an overseas group you may have slight issues but it's nothing deal breaking.

I absolutely love this subscription box. So far every item has been delicious! The information about each item and the presentation is nicely done. This box is special because these items cannot be found anywhere else in the US and so the value is there in having someone put this together and ship direct from Japan. Every month my list of places (bakeries!) to visit in Japan grows. This is the first monthly box I subscribed to and I'm glad I took the plunge and did it. It is a nice treat and my husband and I spread the snacks out to last the whole month until the next box arrives.
