Terrible customer service. Received a very obviously spoiled product and was told it’s normal and if I wanted to exchange it there’s no guarantee I wouldnt receive another spoiled product. I had previously been using this product for years and I know what it should smell like. Now I guess I’m done using it and done with this company who clearly doesn’t care about quality control.

This company has no customer service. Someone botched the shipping label and my package was never delivered. A stranger tracked me down and brought it to me. The only response I received from bodyhealth was ARTIFICIAL “intelligence”. Same with a phone call that ended with “we’re very busy right now, call back at a different time.
