Great customer service
Great customer service! Very attentive and satisfied! Dayten was very helpful! I did not like the chocolate flavor and Dayten helped me do an exchange for a new flavor! Will definitely continue to order from this company!

Ashley was a treat to work with!
Ashley was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She listened to my concern and was able to help me resolve my issue in a timely fashion. And she did exactly what she said she would do which was send me an email to close the loop and let me know it was taken care of. At a time when it’s rare to experience good customer service or be able to speak with a live person, Ashley was a treat to deal with. Very pleased with the customer service I received from her.

Incredible service from Jordan
Jordan was extremely timely and helpful in responding and offering a resolution. I decided to try the Unflavored Perfect Amino Powder and I just hated it. I asked to return it and swap it for a flavored powder and it was taken care of immediately. The replacement was shipped out the same day. It is hard to find customer service like this anywhere else.

Outstanding product
Outstanding product! Outstanding customer service. There are very few companies that provide an exceptional experience. Body Health is one. The product helps me meet my daily protein targets. The company provides excellent, well written science based information about how the product works and how to optimize my health. In addition their customer service is old school outstanding. They actually have trained people answering the phone. I spoke to Jordan this morning and wanted to do a happy dance. I was so excited to speak to a knowledgeable, helpful employee who uses the product himself. Jordan listened well and made good suggestions. He helped me select a new flavor Perfect Amino to try and proactively thought through how to make my experience better. Really! I wished he worked for my business. Five star experience provided to a very happy customer. Thank you.
