Excellent products but Customer service doesn't trust that you're going to simply do things and easier way for yourself... You're a SLAVE to 20 inactive things that they can't actually delete from your account and let you start building a new order again. REALLY FRUSTRATING AFTER ORDERING THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF PRODUCT THEY STILL DON'T TRUST YOU TO ORDER MORE.... THEY HAVE TO KEEP YOU IN A BUYING TRAP...

My experience was very pleasant because I received all the attention and support I needed to make sure I properly understood the process of waiting for my order to be processed, as well as the average time that it could take for me to get an update, and that consequently allowed me to feel relaxed knowing that I have done everything properly and that my order was going to be delivered on time.
