Exceptional customer service provided by a rep named Michelle. Based upon the recommendations of health influencers like Dave Asprey & Dr. Hyman, I decided to place an order to see if some of their products measured up and were capable of elevating my biochemistry. After incorporating the BodyHealth protocol into my daily routine for close to a month, Perfect Amino Essential Amino Acids, Perfect Amino Electrolytes & Perfect Amino Power Meal (Protein Powder) emerged as standouts. After electing to return some of the products that missed the mark and request a refund, Michelle was quite gracious & helpful in facilitating both the return and the subscription cancellation of the products that I wasn’t planning on reordering. From the initial email that I sent customer support in which I sought clarification of BodyHealth’s return policy & procedures, an attentive rep like Michelle enabled the return to be a painless process which I greatly appreciated.
