I love the Perfect Amino complex. Has really amplified my training. I have been using it for almost a year now. I had a small issue with a subscription and one of the customer service reps, Ryan, really pulled through. Overall great experience. 10/10 recommended!

It's sad that Customer Service for such a great product, can be so bad! I really did like my Aminos however I can't in good concience continue to buy it after this. Let me begin by saying I have used many of the Body Health products beginning in 2023, most of which I found to be exceptional. In fact during my exchange with Customer Service I actually counted my orders to see how many I had placed in the past 3 years. While I didn't add up the dollar amount, I ordered their product on 27 different occasions, almost 10 per year! What really 'got my feathers ruffled' began when I realized my order was missing. I contacted Customer Service and they told me it had been delivered and I should check around the building and with others in the office. Well there are only 3 of us in this office and the building is small - only one door. It clearly wasn't here. They proceeded to send me a picture of the door it was delivered to (LEFT by) and as you can guess, it wasn't my door. No problem right? Just send me another container and life will be good. Oh no, I am told that they will “send me a one time courtesy replacement” which sure sounds like another way to say, “we’ll do you a favor and replace the item that the delivery driver left at the wrong address and you didn’t receive at no fault of your own.” Oh thank you so much!! Not only were they going to do me the FAVOR of replacing the item I didn't receive, but they wanted me to send a "different more secure address" before they would send it. WTH! Let's Sumarize: - I didn't reveive my package - It was clearly delivered to the wrong address - They wanted to send me a "one time courtesy replacement" (which make me wonder, what if the delivery driver delivers it to the wrong address again? Will they not replace that one?) - Now they won't deliver to the address where I had received 27 successful deliveries (funny how it’s more ‘secure’ when the delivery driver actually delivers it to the address intended rather than some random location) Bottom line, they have lost an obvously loyal and regular customer. So sad as I really did like their product!

This was my first time purchasing product from BodyHealth and I had to make a return. Michelle from customer service made it so easy for me to make my return. She replied quickly and was very helpful and polite. Great customer service!!

I needed to cancel a dual subscription and Michelle got my request taken care of promptly.

Michelle went out of her way to replace an order for me that was stolen off my porch. Totally unexpected and refreshing in the world of customer service today. Definitely makes me want to remain brand loyal to a company I already appreciated.

Ryan was incredibly helpful and very responsive. He was a pleasure to work with and was able to assist me and address all my concerns!
