I ordered a gift for my daughter, but accidentally ordered the wrong size. After contacting customer service via email to inquire about the return process I quickly received a response. I was advised that I need “not” return the original purchase and that a duplicate shipment in the correct size would be sent out to me at no cost. I was very impressed, but more so surprised. What business these days assumes responsibility for their customers mistake? I believe Dan was the customer representative that assisted me. Awesome job Bodybuilding.com and Dan too. I had a an order that said it had been delivered but I never got it. Even though I was home and no one knocked on my door. The shipment was said it was on my door but clearly that wasn't the case. After talking to a rep from bodybuilding.com and they didn't Hesitate to resend my order. I do appreciate how quick they worked

I had purchased an item that did not work for me so I had to contact the service department to get a refund or store credit and I was able to get in contact with someone on a live chat within 2 minutes and have the issue resolved within 5 minutes no hassle and they even gave me the chance to choose between in store credit or a refund to my card! Great service and easy dealing with them.

My order was lost by the shipping carrier while on its way to my house. Contacting the carrier was not helpful at all, as I was told they would not take action until they allowed 8 days to search their warehouse. On the 8th day, the carrier marked the package as delivered, but I never actually received it. Frustrated, I reached out to the Bodybuilding.com support team instead. I was pleasantly greeted by a support agent who immediately sprung into action on my behalf after learning of the situation. They were extremely accommodating and helped get a new order out to me right away. It was refreshing to deal with a support team who seemed to genuinely care about their customer. The interaction couldn't have been easier.
