Here I am trying to get out of the terrible routine that COVID has put me in when the worst happened. My order got shipped to my old default address where I no longer reside. The current resident didn't return the package or anything. When I asked him, he claims he never received it. Not knowing what else to do, I contacted Bodybuilding.com support via their online chat and spoke with Miguel He got my shipment re-ordered and set to ship to my current address with no cost to me. Their support staff is very understanding that mistakes happen and they helped me out tremendously.

Extremely helpful and nice in assisting with my orders and recommendations. I have been a long time member and will not change due to their customer service and products.

I’ve always order from bodybuilding.com, without any issues this time around I had a slight bump in the road, but they handled it right way with out any headaches and run around. I recently moved and didn’t update my new address when I ordered my product which caused my order to go to the wrong address. Contacted customer service and they where able to fix the issue and resend me another product at no change !

I recently received a order , which per a sale was to also get a free set of lifting straps. But they were not included in the order. Which I received I might add in a very timely manner from when I ordered to when I received it.
