I made a mistake while placing my order. I contacted the Bodybuilding.com customer support team and was put in touch with Pre-Kaged Kobe. Kobe listened to my issue and helped me track down the error in my order. He then helped me corrected it and gave instructions so I could avoid making the same mistake in future orders. Pre-Kaged Kobe was polite and gave me his full attention while resolving my issue. BB.com has a great team member! -Chris

The customer service at Bodybuilding.com has been phenomenal, especially during the pandemic. They have been responsive and extremely helpful. I recently purchased exercise equipment that I realized, upon arrival, was not appropriate for me. They expeditiously assisted me with a return and a refund in the original form of payment. The process was much easier than I anticipated, and I greatly appreciated the support that their customer service provided. It will keep me as a return customer.

My customer service rep “Elite Easton” handled my problem swiftly and kindly, without any hassle at all. They understood the mistake I made with my order (delivered package to wrong address due to my own error) and corrected it for me immediately. This is my second time dealing with BodyBuilding.com customer service and both times have been stellar. Thanks so much.

Unfortunately Fedex lost my original order of protein and preworkout. I was 100% dreading the reorder/refund process- because 9.9 times out of 10 at any other website it’s an absolute hassle to get refunded for online order. However I was sooo pleasantly surprised to message bodybuilding.com, explain my situation and have it completely taken care of in 15 minutes! My customer service rep PK- Kobe, was wicked helpful and took care of the original order, as well as sending me a new order right away! It’s so nice to find a company that has such responsive and helpful service reps, especially when problem arise. I’ll definitely be using bodybuilding from now on, not only for awesome sales and great prices, but for their solid customer service 👌🏼

I always have a great experience with bodybuilding.com customer service. I wasn’t able to reach them fast enough for a shipping address issue by email in this situation and phone calls are not available due to covid but even still was able to receive great customer service through the online chat.

I had an issue w my order and received help (and a solution!) quickly. My customer service agent was friendly, understanding of my issue, and did everything in their power to make things right. Thank you!
