Bodybuilding.comReviews of bodybuilding.com

I turn to Bodybuilding.com every every time I need supplements not only for the deals and vast assortment, but for the crazy-fast shipping and killer customer support. Orders almost always ship same-day, customer service reps are cheerful (shoutout to Pre Kaged Kobe!), and the products always arrive exactly as ordered. I geek out over the brilliant warehouse distribution/logistics/buying team - they've got the secret sauce! Overall the team at Bodybuilding.com is first class and I'll be a customer for life.

I placed an order from the UK and everything was going well at the start. However, on the 27th I received a notification saying that my order has been delivered but I wasn't able to find it. I contacted the local distributor Yodel and believed it was delivered to a different address. Hence, I would like suggest that it might be better if the company can deliver products through DHL only or if possible use a different UK distributor, as I have had issues in the past with missed deliveries/failed returns through Yodel. Thank you.

The rep that helped me was wonderful & very understanding. I think her chat name was Push Up Patty.

I ordered several things from Bodybuilding.com, the tracking history showed it was delivered but I never received the package. I contacted customer service via live chat, chatted with prekaged kobe and he was able to help me out in seeing what happened and was able to reprocess my order. Hoping to see my order end of the week. this process was way easier than expected and with a good outcome. been shopping at BB for several years now and will continue. ;)

The representative was helpful to order my shipment right away and was helpful to expedite the process

Amazing site love it , expert customer care

Pre Kaged Kobe is not only a huge laker fan and blessed with the name him self but gave phenomenal support and patience with my order today. He was very knowledgable in the products and gave good suggestions. Give the man a promotion!!!

Ordered a set of dumbbells on Oct. 22. The dumbbells allegedly shipped the same day, with a 3-6 day delivery window. After four days, I contacted customer service because there was still no tracking information for the shipment. No response. Two days later, I contacted customer service again, this time via live chat. After waiting nearly 30 minutes for a rep, I was told the item was on back order with a third-party vendor and would not be available for SIX MONTHS. The rep said they would contact the vendor and cancel the order, and then refund my account. Four days later, not a word from bodybuilding.com or the vendor. The website still says the item shipped Oct. 22. The charge is still on my credit card. Do not do business with this company.
