I'm surprised to see these other reviews. I've had a great experience with bodybuilding.com. Their support team is pretty slow, but thats not that surprising for a company this big, right?

I've received two great products from bodybuilding.com. When one of them was lost in the mail, customer service did an extensive search to try and find the shipping delay. When it couldn't be found, they were quick to send me a replacement, no questions asked.

Great experience. They helped me alot and finally got my problem almost fixed . Thankyou

Bodybuilding.com usually has lightening fast delivery, at least for where I live. I ordered a few items of the site as always anticipating that I would receive it for Father's day to gift to my dad. Unfortunately, for some reason, the expected shipping came up as more than a week once I placed the order. I did try to reach out to cancel but was unable to do so through the site. I reached out via email then FB messenger. It took me a few tries and a rep helped me but I didn't receive an email or update on it for a few days. I kept reaching out via messenger and someone that goes by Air Jordan was able to answer all of my questions and initiate a return for me promptly. Their service level and courtesy was 10/10. I realized that Kustomer is supposedly running the customer service on the site itself and it offers live chat function but it doesn't actually have a live chat. The emails do not get answered, the FB messages take a while for them to respond.. it was a bit frustrating for me on those points. They do obviously care and were able to resolve everything for me once an efficient rep looked at my case and I will stick around for that reason, but they could use a bit of improvement on customer response system.

Good prices and many products.

They have the best products and prices online (esp. when on special). Still, I did order some products from them that got lost in the mail. They replaced them - but, still ... it has happened twice now (both times with FedEx). I wish they would let you choose UPS when you do a guest checkout.

I made the mistake of not double checking the shipping address on my order and it auto filled an old address. I contacted customer support right away through email as their phones service is currently down. They were able to update the shipping for me and assured me everything was good, except that the package was still delivered to the old address. I contacted support again and they sent me a new order with express shipping and it should be here in a couple days. It’s annoying there’s no phone support but everything worked out in the end anyway.

Amazing site love it , expert customer care
