The process to close the account is not easy. They still rely on ancient email communication and manual processing. Guess that keep their userbase high (watch out investors). GDPR: The process to delete my user data data connected to their third party partners is thiresome. After some email with support you need to fill out an online form from a third party company with no obvious connection to this site. After becoming a customer, they send a LOT of email offers with no Unsubscribe button on the bottom. Other than that, I have no experience from their services :)

Lean Leah was very polite and helpful. Unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the company. I paid on 12/01. Partial delivery on 12/20. 2 of 3 boxes came, one excellent condition, one extremely poor condition. Not happy about that, but ok, it’s still a nice product. Over 3 weeks later, and 4 customer service agents, finally got a ‘resolution.’ I received a 50% refund. That’s a nice gesture, but I wanted what I paid for. Weights are sold by the pound, so it’s going to cost me more than what I’m refunded to complete my set. The product is nice, and Lean Leah was very nice, but I will be hesitant in ordering from this company in the future.

I have used BB for years without any issues with delivery. The order i recently placed charged me much more for delivery than normal just under £8. Was happy to pay as i know the products are always great but the shipping prior to the order was 3-7 days expensive for the price of shipping but i was happy enough to proceed. I then get an alert to tell me that my order won't be with me till the 7th April, that is 16 days from the day i placed it. I emailed BB to find out why it was taking so long considering it cost me a good amount for delivery for that price i should be getting a much quicker service. Turns out that BB no longer have a warehouse in UK so it will come from US. This is fine i have no issues with this but i feel that BB should make this clear before i make the purchase for that amount of time and delivery cost i might as well just gone elsewhere which i would have done. Plus the email they sent back pretty much avoided why it wasn't made clear at the time of order that this will take much longer instead of saying 3-7 days delivery time. Sadly will probably be my last order with BB which is really a shame, hopefully BB will once again ship from the UK or least EU. UK buyers beware of the delivery times.

I did not appreciate the business model here, did not research before joining (usually do). Most of the work out plans I was interested in had extra charges associated with them. Although, there are some free plans if you search the site. The merchandise appeared to be good quality and modestly priced. But, I don't want a subscription (even though the subscription is cheap) just to buy stuff I can most likely get without one. Lesson Learned

I used to be on bodybuilding every week, but now it's blatantly clear that the entire organization is just a money grab--no interest in helping educate people on fitness and help them reach their goals.

I get good advice and tips from this site but never buy from them. You might not even receive your product. This happened to me. I had to follow up and they didn't even know I made an order. When I sent my receipt, the magically found it and corrected the problem. It had been 3 weeks though.

Jeg har bestilt hos Bodystore.dk for første gang her d. 30/3. Jeg har nu idag d. 2. april modtaget at den er sendt afsted, hvor jeg egentlig skulle modtage min pakke mellem 1. april og 3. april ifølge jeres mail om bekræftelse. Hvis pakken først sendes d. 2. april, så vil jeg nok først modtage min forsendelse d. 6. april eller senere grundet af weekend samt helligdage. Dette er jeg ikke tilfreds med, idet at selve leveringen burde tage 3-4 dage, men pakken først blev sendt afsted 3 dage efter bestillingen. Jeres konkurrenter levere meget hurtigere (bodylab, fitness osv.) Ellers fine priser med fin kommunikation til kunden

I've been a Bodybuilding.com customer for many years in South Africa and UK - it used to work better when my order was shipped directly from the USA, but then started to become problematic with items missing from orders and shipping costs increasing. Since orders began being shipped within Europe, the shipping cost has been lower but the number of issues has increased, and if there's one item of an order out of stock (perhaps never to be stocked again) they don't ship anything and just post an 'awaiting international backorder' status on the order, leaving it to me to chase them for explanation, cancel item and order it from elsewhere, so adding to my shipping costs and to my inconvenience - disappointing how they've gone downhill - they've a good range and prices are generally good, but the hassle inhibits me from buying products I can get at good prices with no hassle next-day delivery included elsewhere from eg BulkPowders
