Bodybuilding.comReviews of bodybuilding.com

I worked with a Representative who quickly and efficiently helped me with a shipping glitch. They made the experience very easy and was extremely refreshing being able to work with someone who knew what they were doing and how to resolve the problem. Will gladly work with this company in the future knowing this!

Had a problem with a product and customer service rep (Kobe) went above and beyond to help me. Super happy customer. Love bodybuilding.com. Thank you so much!

I started a chat to discuss a back order item I had not received. I spoke to Mayhem Maggie and she was very thorough and clear in her response to me and explained why I had not received my item. She was very kind and understood my frustration. She also issued a store credit towards my next purchase which was amazing and very appreciated. Thank you Maggie for your kind service.

After switching from a competitor...who's name I won't mention...I have been extremely impressed with this company. Not only do they always have what I am looking for, but their customer service has been second to none. I am definitely glad I made the switch to Bodybuidling.com for all of my supplement needs!

I spoke with Brett about a damaged package that I had received. He was very polite and quick to send a replacement. Bodybuilding.com has always been extremely fast with their responses and kind to their patrons. I am a customer for life.

Great help with resolving my issue with my bodybuilding.com order. The rep was very responsive and understanding with my issue and did their best to resolve it while keeping the customer happy.

Lean was very helpful and attentive to my return/refund request. She addressed all my concerns and if I needed to contact bodybuilding.com again I would hope she would be my customer service representative again.

Well I had a great experience, Lean Leah took no time to solve my concern. Thank you so much.
