I was attempting to order some protein powder and there was a discrepancy in the pricing of the product between the price shown on the search page and the product page itself. I contacted BB.com via chat and spoke with Jordan, a representative, regarding the discrepancy. He let me know that the price was an old promotional offer, and that it had not been completely removed from the site. Therefore, he kindly offered me the promotional price for their error. THIS IS 5 STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Absolutely phenomenal.

Absolutely dreadful company, do not use as they are deceitful and lie about items being in stock. Have attempted to contact them on many occasions-no response. My son placed an order from the Uk, 1 month later, nothing... no updates, delivery simply says “in transit” . They have taken money without delivering the goods, FRAUD pure and simple. I have now reported them as a fraudulent supplier and had to get my credit company involved too. Please please AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

An order from BodyBuilding.com never arrived, and the BB.com rep was super helpful and had a replacement order shipped to me asap.
