My protein choice was discontinued in 4lb containers, got 2 2lb containers of the same flavor and got another 4lb of Jym supplements. Got what I needed for my routine and was happy with the overall experience provided.

Try to make two purchases last year, they refunded me both and canceled my orders don’t know why! Try them again 4/30/21 had to call customer service because they said my Cvv number was incorrect which is false! Got an email back saying my billing address was wrong and my order was canceled which I never even put in a order do to my cvv code being incorrect so they say! Called them back and told me I need to make a wire transfer! Never heard of a company doing this in my life

The service representative that helped me today was absolutely fantastic, kind, and helpful. She was wonderfully engaging and very willing to go the extra mile to correct my issue. I never had a bad experience with packages from bodybuilding.com. Today I had a package that arrived and the factory seal for the amino acid was broken, while the rest of the containers were sealed.
