For just over 2 years I have used this…
For just over 2 years I have used this company. From nutrition to exercise to full on amazing support it has been amazing. Yes, the mindset has to come from me BUT the accountability and support is on target. Using proper nutrition and education, it fits with my lifestyle goals. This is not an overnight fix; it is a lifestyle change. Can not recommend enough to others.

These workouts and nutrition plans are brilliant! Super easy to follow, fitness community like no other and products are great too. I have had no problems changing my orders or cancelling them. It is simple and easy. I would recommend this to everyone and it has truly changed my own training and helped me to feel confident in my own skin. Minniina

I honestly don’t no why there are so…
I honestly don’t no why there are so many bad reviews I can’t fault beachbody in anyway from my coach to the programs and nutritional plans what’s not to love?i started on a 14 day free trial but stupidly cancelled before it ended beachbody in any way did NOT take any money off me and I was able to leave quite freely by logging into my account online since rejoining I have changed my lifestyle and mindset completely thanks to beach body.

I have had an absolutely brilliant…
I have had an absolutely brilliant experience with Beach Body on Demand, I originally started with the 14 day trial as I was an avid gym goer, however after the 14 day trial I signed up for a fee of £39 for 3 months- this is much cheaper than my gym membership per month I was paying. I get constant support from my coach who regularly checks in and gives me any advice or just to keep me motivated. I have also found that the workouts have really helped me improve my technique and I have seen positive changes in my body in the last couple of months. I was struggling to get to gym classes with work and having a small baby so I have now managed to up my workouts being able to do them from home and at whatever time is convenient for me.
