I like the exercises but they are constantly trying to upsell you on protein shakes and other crap. I wish they would focus on the exercises.

Be careful, they will charge you THOUSANDS of dollars over time without you noticing.

I love the program. There are so many exercise programs that you can follow and do. In two months I've got better results than following other 'nutritional programs'. I have a great Coach and a wonderful support group. I love the supplements and the way they make me feel. I have never had problems with customer service.

It's been phenomenal, I couldn't recommend higher. I personally find the Shakeology really delicious and done amazing things for my hormonal health. The workouts, I can do anywhere and I feel the benefit they provide over YouTube etc is the progress the programmes offer, a lot of YouTube videos aren't gonna consistently increase in difficulty for 6 weeks +. Found my deliveries always arrive on time. I have simply found I haven't been able to stick to it constistently for months and the money felt like I had made up for it within a month.

Terrible. Their customer service is awful. Their policies are awful and trying to get a refund for this terrible shakeology product is a joke. Rude employees. I regret ever allowing the coach stop sign me up for these stupid over priced shakes and I am very angry. Shady company with no values.

It’s a good program if you have an at home gym. I have a small NYC apt and do NOT have room for a pull up bar and bench and all those damn weights. I’m not saying their program is bad. I think it’s great but it does not work for my space. They need to be ahead of the game and do more resistance band training. That’s PERFECT for small spaces. I love mine. But most of their bands training still involves a bench. Not even a chair but an incline bench. There’s plenty of videos that do exactly what I’m talking about. Plus, the instructors talk to much. Just shown me the exercise and let me listen to the music. I can count to 20 by myself. I’m an adult. Why those trainers need to scream and count for me is simply annoying. The program is still good. It just needs revamped. Like the one guy that cusses during videos? I don’t care that he does but there’s no need to. It doesn’t make it cooler or more affective. It’s just more unwanted background noise that drains out any music you may have going on. Seriously, revamp everything. It’s dated. Be ahead of the game and go with bands. They’re going to take over anyway. There just better workouts. I’ll never go back to free weights again. I am building more bulk muscle with bands without a bench or jumping all around like I’m having a panic attack. Plus no one wants to touch covid public gym equipment anymore.

YouTube offers a better variety of workouts and it’s free. You also don’t have to deal with poor customer service.
