Was very excited at first but after lack of coach anything and over priced shakes I decided to cancel after about 2 hours waiting on customer service I just go through the website which is a nightmare. I get a confirmation that everything is canceled surprise surprise I get charged two days later, when I finally get ahold of customer service they tell me I should always talk to the agent first when the automated phone message encourages online use. Now I have to pay a shipping fee to get a return on their mediocre overpriced shake. I think the service they provide is good the coach I had sucked the customer support is very poor and the shakes are decent but not worth the price at all. Would not recommend beach body just get a personal trainer it'll be easier and cheaper in the long run

The only thing I won’t complain about is the actual workouts. Their website and customer service sucks. It’s hard to get help. And it takes forever and a day to get your order. I wouldn’t suggest ordering anything off their website. They are quick to take your money, but slow to actual deceiver the goods. I am super disappointed with Beachbody. I would cancel my membership if I didn’t like the workouts.

I signed up thinking there could be some value in this for a home workout during quarantine. I VERY quickly realized they just want you to buy a bunch of equipment from them to be able to do any of the workouts. There's some bodyweight ones, but nothing special. It's all just a ploy to get you in and to buy all their products. Would be fine if you had a varied mix, but it's really plain to see what they're doing. Also, should point out that advertising shows this vast questionnaire that perfectly matches you with the program you need. Yeah, that's fake. You're thrown online to a variety of courses and given a digital coach that apparently just works off a script. So, I go to cancel almost immediately. I call, am on hold for about 45 minutes before I decide to try again online, this was at the beginning of quarantine, maybe phones are bogged down. They interrupt you on hold to remind you how easy it is to cancel or change things online. All of their cancelation links are suspiciously down. So I chat with a guy online, he says that he will cancel it, but I still have access till the end of the month, yadda yadda. Got a confirmation email, so I figured it's ok. Will attach at the bottom 30 days later, I get charged. I'm now on hold for 90 minutes, there can't be this many people calling Beachbody. They trap you in, make it EXTREMELY annoying to cancel in hopes that the normal housewife that's too busy will just forget about it. Well, I have nothing to do, so let's see how long I have to wait... And how the cancelation process goes once I get someone on the phone. So after an 1hr 45mins, I got through. Apparently no records of a cancelation. They're also going to say that you're signed up for other services, just say no and that you want your money back. Be persistent. Put you on hold for another 10 minutes while they research and "see what they can do." They say that their system is having issues even though you can see reviews from years ago saying the same thing. This should be illegal Cancel confirmation and chat transcript for anyone interested: Chat Session [Incident: 200512-018197] Beachbody to me May 12Details Chat Session Response By Email (Manoj Upadhyay) (05/12/2020 07:16 PM) Hi Mike, Thank you for contacting Beachbody Customer Support. This review is for Beachbody On Demand. If you think you're going to sign up for a free 14-day trial and easily cancel if you don't find value in it, I promise you, the free 14 days is not worth the frustrating process of trying to cancel this thing. I've been trying for a half an hour using the exact instructions from their website. You can't cancel your BOD membership online. They tell you that you can on their FAQ. But the links they tell you to click on do not exist. It's unethical to have a business model that keeps customers and takes their money by making them choose between: 1. Having a frustrating time canceling (serious damper on the afternoon). 2. Giving up and telling themselves that maybe they'll get around to using the membership. I finally got a hold of someone on the phone who said they were experiencing recent technical difficulties that made it impossible to cancel online. I just read a review from the summer of 2019 saying they had the very same difficulty. Questionable.

I've tried this company in the past with p90x. Loved it. This year I thought I'd try being a coach... HUGE mistake. Do not give them any credit card information. I've tried to cancel membership and all orders 3 times now and they continue to withdraw $99 every month.

This is a bad company to order from this is getting ridiculous I order from them because I think it’s a good product and when you get it tells you if you’re taking this you need to get permission from your doctor and it’s not good for you so you just waste your money

I have been doing Beachbody for a few months now and can’t fault it. The coaches are so helpful, there are literally hundreds of workouts to choose from. Every workout has options for beginners and they are 20-30 minutes long so no excuses why you can’t fit them in. A great and much cheaper alternative to the gym plus there is a whole nutrition section as well to help maximise your results.
