E2Getting a hold of customer service is absolutely ridiculous. There is no phone # to actually speak with a person, and they are only available by text M-F 4am-7pm Pacific time. The only times I have avaliable are either outside of those hours, like evenings and Saturdays, or while driving, and I cannot text and drive. The chat feature is just AI, so if you need help with something other than what AI says, you are SOL. This used to be an amazing company, but they definitely went down hill and out the door with customer service. The only reason I didn't give them a 1 is because I actually like some of their products.

The workout programs are great, but they continued my subscription to their "Shakeology" autoship despite my canceling it. The shake mix is terrible. It not only tastes bad, but it doesn't mix well at all. I was told I would get a FULL refund, but instead I ended up having to pay a $12 shipping fee. Very disappointing. EDIT: in response to BODI's claim that I didn't cancel my subscription. As you can see, them ignoring cancelations is not at all uncommon. Paid £159 for what I thought was an annual subscription. 4 weeks in there is another 2 payment pending to come out of my account. Tried getting in touch and don’t want to cancel anything until I hear back but it’s quite worrying

I have been a member for years but have been really disappointed of late by the poor customer service and lack of technical support. I’ve gotten intermittent error messages when trying to access workouts. This has been going on for several weeks and I’m having an impossible time getting it resolved. The support on the site is awful and there is no good way to get help when escalating concerns. I’m literally waiting for a member of the tech support team to respond to me now. I was told I would have to wait 15 minutes. That was 45 minutes ago. Very frustrating. For a company focused on improving well being they are missing the mark.

BODI charges a hefty price and sends no notice that they will be charging you again for a renewal. Their customer service insists there is “nothing we can do” after your card is charged for another year that you don’t want. Money down the drain. Think twice before subscribing!!

I don’t know if the company realizes how deeply aggravating it is to be excluded from access to the exercise super block programs, and to be reminded of this every single time I log into the app! It is discouraging, disappointing, and makes me hope for another company to come on my radar so that I can escape the daily frustration of it once and for all. For those of you who don’t know: the company has several programs (called super blocks) that are *only* available if you either subscribe to one or more of their high priced nutritional products (such as Shakeology), or if you a pay an extra $29.99 for the program! If you bought the super block each month, well, it would be hundreds of dollars per year on top of the already jacked up annual membership price. The sad thing is that these programs are based off the most popular and beloved programs from earlier years, so of course long time members like me would love to do them. But not everyone who joins BODi is a fan (to say the least!!) of the so called nutritional (supplements etc) things they push, not to mention the MLM type of bs the company still seems to favor. My advice to them: dump the MLM aspect, become a legit full on streaming service for people who want to get fit, and quit pushing all the pseudo health products, please! Until then, I’d advise against joining BODi. I will quit as soon as my membership is up. Very disappointed that the company went this route with their super blocks.

While I liked the videos, when I used them regularly it didn't help me lose any weight, even though I was also eating healthier. When I decided to cancel my membership, 60 days into the new/renewal year, I was told I couldn't get a refund outside the 30 day time frame, but that i would have access for the next 10 months. They essentially cancel the membership at the end the term so they can still collect the full annual membership.

I reviewed Beachbody (BODi) before and gave them three stars back in August of 2022 but I'm reducing my stars again after issues have continued to occur. They increased prices and combined their Beachbody on demand service with their Bodi programming which no longer features live workouts. They then raised the annual price from $99 to $179. My previous review stated my unhappiness with the Bodi platform and yet I'm going to be charged for it even if I don't want it? Their apps are horrible and they still have no easy way to stream workouts to TVs since they don't have apps available on consoles or other devices. I'll be switching to youtube for workouts. I'm fed up with this company not offering customers what they want and providing substandard results.
