I really enjoy Bodi. I got my best result using Bodi . They have a bunch of great workouts programs and option on nutritional guides. Bodi did change their program by eliminating their coaches about a year ago . But that didn’t make a difference to me. I never had any issues with billing or customer service . I read several negative review and I don’t understand why . After Bodi got rid of the coaches (which were many ) It seems like that’s when Bodi starting get the negative review, which makes me think maybe those reviews are written by angry ex coaches ?!?! I still am member and never had issues with billing or customer service . I like the different workouts and their products I gave 4 stars rather than 5 because they did get rid of a few products I enjoy. But other than that it’s a great company

I have been using BeachBody or Bodi for the last 7 years. I first started with 21DayFix DVD program and later used the OnDemand service. I enjoy the Fixate Recipes and use them to cook family meals. I try to follow the workout plans and and stick to the container method. I do wish there was more community to connect with for accountability.

I am a long-time user of Beachbody (before on-demand). I like their programs and to this date have not found anything that offers what they do. Yes, they are expensive, compared to some others, but you get what you pay for. They have also worked to reduce their pricing for some offerings. I’ve accidentally canceled and/or purchased unwanted options but their customer service is always helpful and quick to respond. Most recently, I noticed I was signed up for a preferred customer, when contacting to cancel, they did so quickly and a refund was issued. It is a subscription service, so you do need to pay attention to what you signed up for but if you mess up, they make it right.

Been using beach body for a long time. Great programs and supplements. highly recommend

I have been a beachbody customer for 2 years now. Initially signing up for just BoD annual subscription and a few months later as a coach so I could try Shakeology at a reduced cost (discount coach). I love the fitness programs and I love that my coach (Tawnya) added me immediately to her Facebook accountability group where I regularly see lovely faces to keep everyone motivated. It is true that if you sign up for a bundle pack you will be autosubscribed to Shakeology and if you add a free month of nutrition + to their nutrition programme as well (£20 monthly). I have to disagree regarding the transparency of this, it is clearly stated in the small print. I've signed up to the special deals and managed to cancel them with no issues using Facebook although you have to be mindful that their customer service team is in the US so it's best to do this in the evening. I really like Shakeology as a product however even with coach discount I find it very expensive. I actually mix beachbody with vivolife products now. If I was reviewing the programs alone I would give them 5 stars as there is so much choice and once you have picked one it is motivating knowing where you are with things. There are some free recipes on the platform to help with nutrition, and if your coach is good then they will post things on their groups. If not then there is a general BoD group on Facebook where you will find plenty of potential coaches. It you were to post wanting to be added to a group without having monthly subscriptions you will find plenty of people willing to help. Whilst Iove BoD my two biggest criticisms is that it is a MLM company and that it is a US based company. I feel both of these things limit my ability to pay what I think that add-ons are worth (about 2/3 of what they charge). I wouldn't have any problems "coaching" if the price to those on the bottom (new customers) was cheaper but I have a fundamental problem with selling something that costs more than I can comfortably afford when there are other products out there that will do a good job as well (albeit with a shorter list of superfood ingredients). For this reason I will be a lifelong BoD customer but only dabble with their additional products on an annual basis - to get the best bundle deals annually you need to cancel your BoD autorenew as well so you can sign up for a new deal. I hope this helps people with a negative experience. The programs are fantastic and worth every penny. Like others here I have returned products and not found they refunded me instantly but a quick message to customer services with proof of postage and was refunded instantly with no questions asked.

In response to your request for a review of your program, I wanted to share my journey with you.  I have had several incidents of serious back injuries and pain over the years, including back surgery.  As a result, I turned to P90X to help strengthen my core in hopes that I could avoid future back problems.  The workouts with P90X have helped maintain the strength in my core, and to date, I have avoided further back problems.  I have since moved on to other programs offered by Beachbody, including HIT training, weight workouts, and especially yoga.  Last year at age 61, I had a heart attack, mainly due to genetics. Two arteries had blockage, and I have had three stents inserted as a result to clear the blockage.  I have amped up my training regimen and as of today, I am a few pounds away from the weight I was when I graduated high school.  I feel better than I ever have.  I plan to continue with my workouts into the distant future.  The convenience of being able to work out in the privacy of my home at any time of the day or night is such a convenience.  My wife also trains with Beachbody, and we are able to do yoga together when we are both home at the same time.

Some trainings are not available

The programs are great! But the BOD Group fonctions is still not so good. Synchro never works. To share a cart it would be easier if the system recognized the existent clients.
