I have been using Beachbody for three years. I am beyond satisfied. There is a wide range of diversity and Beachbody membership is so much cheaper than a gym. I would highly recommend it.

Be careful with the mbf program because it caused golfers elbow in both arms. The bod rope move is in a lot of the workouts and can cause a repetitive stress injury. That being said you can complete the program just modify and leave out the bod rope move if you notice a change in your forearms. I didn’t listen to my body and ended up having to deal with full on golfers elbow in both arms for 4 weeks. It was a complete pain. I wish I had been warned!

They charged me almost $500 when it should have been a one-time payment of $176. If you don't watch your bank account they will keep taking money out. I asked for a refund, and the reason for the refund that they wrote was nothing that I even told them. Customer service is awful they do not listen. I'm still waiting on the email to ship something back so I don't have to pay the $30 shipping fee. I never even received the product until almost 6 weeks after I signed up. Horrible horrible company the workouts are great but they will charge you so much money they're just awful

I've been using shakeology for 10 years and I love the product, although not the price point or shipping costs. The product I rate 4 or 5 (I use the vegan versions). My rating of 3 reflects the experience trying to buy -- or worse cancel -- the order. They charge $130 for the product, which I unhappily pay. Then another $30 to ship unless you subscribe. Unnecessary. Then, it is simply ridiculous how hard it is to cancel a subscription. You can't just do it yourself, they make it purposefully complicated by making you connect with an agent. And, you can't set up a subscription to alternate between flavors. So all this is an unnecessary pain to get a good product. I only use a half scoop per day/shake bec the product is so expensive, so I don't need a monthly delivery, and you have to manually adjust if you want something different. It shouldn't be so hard or annoying to be a loyal customer.

Fantastic programme and even better customer service - I have had the plan for x2 years and the variety, quality, coaching, standard and all round ease of the website is faultless. I swayed towards Shaun T's workouts and felt like he was my personal trainer! I sadly needed to cancel the subscription due to the pandemic causing uncertain finances, so I emailed my designated coach, Rebecca, who kindly pointed me in the direction of the correct team to deal with the request - I rang and got through to Malcom immediately, who was very friendly and actioned the refund within no time. Customer service on that level is rare these days, so Rebecca and Malcom deserve a mention! Thank you for providing such a wonderful programme and an even better support team - I shall be back!

Absolutely horrible company. Never received product and I canceled services but they still took out money. Like it took the company over 4 weeks to ship products and I canceled and still did NOT receive the products. Stay away. If you want to lose weight it’s simple eat healthy, drink water, and exercise. Stay away for multi level marketing group

Terrible customer service. I had money taken from my account, last month and they could never “find” the charges and wouldn’t refund me. I cancelled everything on the spot. I had to file a claim with my bank and still haven’t received the money back. I checked my account and had additional money taken from my account and they do not have my new debit card information. Such a disaster. Nobody can help me.

So I bought the 6 month Membership to beach body on demand. While I appreciate that you have access to all the workouts I specifically bought it for the 21 day fix with Autumn Calabrese because I missed-placed my DVD. I was expecting it to be the same exact workout as the DVD. What was most annoying to me is that the exercises have been changed and the commentary and constant talking with the other people doing the work out with her is distracting. Too much banter. Stick to the workout.
