I used to love beachbody.com a really reasonable subscription for a year, to access lots of workouts. However, I use Shaun T as my favourite and now they are not giving the option to purchase only the on demand you have to buy BODI live. Its nearly double the price *and* then you have to but super block programs like the new T25 for another 29 GBP! THAT'S extortionate. Please give us a non live option this is madness and unaffordable. Dear Beach Body. You haven't actually replied with anything except a generic rubbish response. I don't need a meal plan. Why oh why won't you listen to the thousands of reviewers on here that see the extortionate pricing you are proposing for not much added value. *brand new programs* yes indeed like the T25 super block that *even if* I upgraded today which would cost nearly £100 more, then I would still have to pay another £29 for the privilege! That's really false advertising in your response. You are charging an absolute extortion for new programmes. Its crazy. I've been with you for a few years but this is seemingly ridiculous.

Been a BoD member for around 6 years. This year, my membership autorenewed at almost DOUBLE the price. On realising, I went back through my emails and the renewal price was hidden in small writing at the bottom of ONE deceptively unclear MARKETING email. That is not what people sign up for when thry agree to the T&Cs and I am taking their deliberately misleading practices to Trading Standards in the UK. In addition to that scam, their online portal isn't working to cancel the membership, I called a customer service tel but it was for the US and they couldn't help. The UK number their team provided is not in service. Tried an email address I found on the Beachbody website and it bounced back 4 TIMES. This company is out to scam customers. Their responses to genuine complaints below are defiant, inconiderate and unhelpful. They know what they are doing and are happy to profit off it.

REPLY TO BODI: It's only $15.75/month if you pay for a whole year upfront. The only other option is 3 months for $99, which means $33/month. Where's the monthly subscription for $15, without a yearly upfront payment? Remember that there's a LOT of people who cannot pay that amount up front, or who don't want to commit to a whole year. These are tricky times financially for a lot of people, and you are basically pushing many of your customer's away because of this new "model". I just want monthly access to the exercise programs, not all the other stuff you've now thrown in. Let that be an option for an additional cost instead. You'd get more customers who can choose exactly what they want. You've lost me and many others until you change back to your month-on-month payment method. -------- The subscription used to cost $15/month, now it costs an extortionate $33/month! I pay less for a monthly membership at my local gym with it's 32.000 square foot, fully equipped premises and access to 40 live classes per week! Whoever came up with the new pricing model at Beachbody on Demand should be sacked! There's simply too much great competition out there that's either free or cheaper.

You really got to be careful when you sign up. Read thoroughly and ask questions via customer service if necessary! I signed up on my MYXfitness bike, something pop up say first month was free, thought my membership was $136.02 with tax, with the first month free. Well apparently the first month free was to try out Live BODi, which I’m not ready for yet, wanted to just started out with the recorded workout until I got in better shape as I haven’t worked out for years. Since I didn’t call after the first month (which I was not aware the trial was for the Live BODi workout) they started billing me an additional 22.64! They did refund me for the last month they had just charge me yesterday because of their 30 days 100% satisfaction guarantee, it not for the other 2 months. So I paid for 2 months for services that I didn’t even used! I canceled BODi Live today. Since I signed up I only got on the bike for 5 minutes total as I was busy with different projects around the house. I really hate when these companies offer you trails and you have to call in to cancel! I thought the trail was just an additional 30 days for just the recorded programs. Just be aware of this and call with any questions.

Have been a faithful subscriber for many years, the new subscription price has more than doubled. Sadly far too much to continue. Workouts are great, love Shaun t but the fees are insane.
