I wrote a review, and in the middle of writing it, what do you know, it disappeared! I have a massive migraine at this point. I have worked hard all my life. Saved my money to buy furniture for my apartment. I never had new furniture in my life. So, after 4o years of work, and savings. I went into Bob Mills, because he seems so nice and personable in his commercials. He seems so honest. I bought mattress, a sectional, a recliner, a kitchen table. a big oriental rug. two large pictures. The $1200. recliner didn't massage. Just punched u in the middle of your back, and then it would go back in, then it would punch you in the middle of your back and go back in. I was able to return that not for money back but for exchange for the same amount of money for other items. The Kitchen tables. During Thanksgiving, my granddaughter sat down after we all prayed and said what we were all grateful for. we went to sit down, and my 10-year-old granddaughter sat down on the bench seat and it broke, she hurt her tail bone. she doesn't weigh very much, But it ruined our Thanksgiving dinner. The mattress i tried out on the show room floor, as I tried many of them to get the perfect one because I'm 74, and I knew this would be the last mattress I would ever buy. I chose a firm firm mattress, and I was delivered a soft mattress /box spring all in one. Nothing like what I paid for with cash. $1900.90 for a mattress that feels like I tied a sheet to on tree, and the other end of the sheet to another tree. Like a hammock made up of only a sheet. My back is so sore every day. This mattress is not worth $200 I'm just broken. I turned the mattress/Box spring. all in one. I turned the mattress upside down. and slept on it and my body sank into the bottom of the mattress that's supposed to be a box spring. I know for a fact that the almost $2000 dollar mattress that I tried out on the show room floor was not the mattress that was delivered to my house. I didn't only get bit by the mattress shark, I got devoured by Bob mills inflated prices. for low grade furniture. I was taken in by Bob Mills nice commercials. His furniture is cheap. High dollars mark up. Don't get disappointed like I was, I worked for years saving my money, to be so disappointed. I really am sad about the mattress. I spent over $6000 at Bob Mills furnature store, in one day. He could care less if you're dreams of working hard and saving your money for something nice doesn't happen at Bob Mills. I went there because my graddaughter Megan was going with a man that worked there, Named Jamell. I sure have been dissatisfied with the Bob Mills experience. s s

I love my furniture and quality still shows, however in making a move a drawer got damaged on the railing. Ordered a part and paid for it on Nov 1. Have not received and now they are telling me it might be April next year to get it or longer. They are rude and what they say is it. It us ridiculous. Bob Mills should give me a free drawer or one to use in the meantime. Very unhappy customer.

On Sunday, Sept 26th I received a voicemail message stating the check I had written on Saturday, September 25, 2021 was written incorrectly and that I would need to re write the check or pay with a credit card. On Tuesday, Sept 28, 2021 Dallen the sales rep called to tell me they could locate the bed I had picked out. I explained to him my husband did not like anything I had picked out and I wanted to cancel the items. Since, the check was written incorrectly there was nothing more I needed to do, right? Wrong!! Madison the business manager, forged my check by changing the amount and depositing the check on September 29th the day after I spoke with Dallen to cancel the items. On September 29, 30 and October 1st, I spoke with a Madison, Breonna, Dwight, Mike Tizio and a supervisor whose name I can’t remember all trying to convince me to find new furniture. Finally, I was told I would receive a refund and I could come in Monday and pick up the refund. On Saturday, October 2nd, I receive a phone call from someone telling me my refund would be mailed to a wrong address. I corrected the rep and informed her of my correct address. Refund on the way right? On Monday, Oct 4th I receive a phone call from Bob Mills himself. He stated that he had heard what happened and that there was a misunderstanding and he didn’t want to lose my business. I explained to him that there was no misunderstanding and asked him what he had been told. He was told half the truth, when I explained the full story he rudely stated it was a misunderstanding and he didn’t understand why I was making a big deal about Madison changing my check to a lesser amount, because she did me a favor. I explained to him that modifying someones check after they signed it was forgery!! He agreed to give me a refund. Today, is October 12th, 7 days business days. If I do not receive a refund by Friday. My retainer will not be in vain!!!

PLEASE I BEG YOU TO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!If I could give them zero stars that would still be lying this place is nothing but MISLEADING AND SCAMMING!!!! First off I bought the worst mattress ever for my child that of course they charged top dollar for and within a year the spring were coming through the bed cutting my daughter. Then they lie and force a warranty on you thinking it covers everything which is another big scam that covers absolutely NOTHING!!!! After speaking with Amber from the solution center numerous times she repeatedly lied to me about ordering a piece to my bed that had broken due to their defect of it being too thin to even hold my headboard that I begged them about for over a month. After 10 plus emails and finally requesting a Manager to call me ASAP then Amber finally responds that she will have to order the small pice from overseas for $200 and it can take 8-12 weeks.Now I was already told that she had to order this piece a month ago which was a total lie and she has been giving me nothing but the run around, When I told her to cancel my warranty and refund my money because of the false advertisement she then stated that now months later after she told me I would be prorated on my refund that she can't find my info for my warranty, she is the WORST!!!!Bob Mills has been a headache and I will not spend another penny of my money with them ever again. I closed out my 8k credit line with them because I refuse to pay top dollar for low material and horrible customer service. Buyers please beware this place has done nothing but robbed me and I would not recommend Bob Mills to my ENEMY. If could go back in time I would drive straight past this place and again the HELL with y'all on that charge account.

Waiting 7 months for a replacement part inder warranty!!! Bought power sofa in Aug 20, went out Jan 21. Still waiting!

⚠️ BUYER BEWARE ⚠️ In June, we ordered new living room furniture (power reclining sofa, loveseat, chair, coffee table and end tables) from Bob Mills. At the time of order, we made a down payment (10% of the total because the furniture wasn't in stock and had to be ordered). We were told it wouldn't be in until August and we were pleasantly surprised to get a call just a few weeks later letting us know our reclining furniture was in and ready to be delivered. ⬇️ Fast forward to the date of delivery ⬇️ They delivered manual reclining furniture, when we ordered power. Calls were made to rectify and Roscoe Greenhouse (sales guy) LIED, telling us he had no idea we wanted power and not manual. Mind you, he showed us the power headrest, power lumbar and even told us about power packs you can order so you don't have cords running from the couch to the wall. We were told we could pay the difference and have power furniture delivered. We told him no thank you and said they can come pick up the furniture they just delivered because that is NOT what we discussed or ordered. ⬇️ Fast forward to attempting a refund ⬇️ Low and behold, we will NOT be getting a refund of our 10% down payment. We were told there is a delivery and restocking fee because we CHOSE not to upgrade. Again, we were told we purposely ordered manual furniture and declined an upgrade to power. *Which is NOT true and is a LIE* We are in the process of making a report to the BBB and considering legal action. Do NOT, and I repeat, do NOT shop with Bob Mills unless you want to be LIED to and cheated out of your hard earned money!

We made the mistake of buying furniture from Bob Mills. We paid a lot of money only to have DAMAGED furniture delivered to us twice. Tomorrow, Saturday was suppose to be the 3rd attempt to deliver our furniture in hopes that it would not be DAMAGED! The second time the furniture was delivered to us, my fiancée would not even let them bring it inside. It looked as if someone had grease on their hands and rubbed it all over the furniture and it wasn’t in the plastic like the first delivery. Also the recliner was suppose to be on the truck and we were told by the delivery guy the warehouse didn’t put it on the truck. We called the store once again and they told us the recliner was on back order. I received a text msg yesterday about delivery between 1&3 and confirmed the time. Today I received another text message saying delivery would be between 9 & 11 which we told Bob Mills we needed it delivered after noon in order for my fiancée to be off work & inspect it. At that time 1&3 was not an issue for Bob Mills. We are so frustrated with Bob Mills! I called the Tulsa office today and spoke with a female who claimed she was the manager and she was as cocky as H*ll. She could not even apologize for the damaged furniture or for the mix up tomorrow on the time. She just kept asking “Is there anything else?” And a few minutes ago a gentleman by the name of Peter called us. He assured me he was the manager for the Tulsa store & that all their calls are directed to Oklahoma City and that she was more than likely @ the OKC office. Peter assured me that he will inspect our furniture & also call the warehouse before it is delivered. Now because of the screw up with the time it will be put off until next Saturday and my fiancée will be inspecting the furniture as well. We are to the point where we are fed up & about ready to tell them to come pick up the broken & ripped furniture. We’re not very confident in the 3rd delivery. My son had also purchased furniture a while back and a piece of his furniture was also damaged. We sure hope Peter gets this resolved or we will be requesting a refund just like another one of Bob Mills customers that went through the same thing 3 times as well.

They sell low quality furniture at a very high price. I received 3 exchange for a tear on the sofa and loveseat from unfinished sewing. Need to see pictures message me
