I had to return a chair & Tammy helped me. The new chair is perfect. My husband is disabled & is a large man. I will do business with Bob Mills again.

Went in July 11 to the San Juan, Tx location to purchase a bed frame and dresser for my granddaughter. Met at the door by Chris B. He welcomed us to the store. We told him what we were looking for. Introduced us to his mgr and asked if we would mind if a new salesperson could shadow us for learning purposes. Chris was very knowledgeable about his products. Very friendly. Then had to call him the next day because we decided we needed the mattress too. He was able to get it added in time for the designated delivery time. Both days, in and out within an hour. Very impressed with Bob Mills Furniture and their personnel.

I was having issues with another furniture store delivering to a different address than the billing address so I called Bob Mills and they stayed on the phone with me the whole time and got it delivered to my mom's nursing home

Employees at both the store and warehouse were friendly, helpful and courteous! Great experience!

Delivery was fantastic! Quality is amazing! Great prices! Furniture is very comfortable!

My friend and I were stalked throughout the entire store. We couldn’t even discuss the furniture without this guy pestering us. I felt Iike he thought I was going to shoplift a recliner the way he followed us throughout the store. We didn’t even have time to go upstairs and shop. We were so uncomfortable we left very quickly and as we were leaving the commercial about no ‘Shopper Stalkers’ at Bob Mills was playing. That was not our experience in Amarillo Texas Wednesday May 20, 2026
