A month. A whole month before admitting what they sold me (bought and paid for), couldn't be shipped to Canada. And that only after I asked them for tracking...for all I know had I not written they would never have addressed the issue. Utter failure IMHO and paramount to unethical business practices.

Hard to do business with. Their availability time is very misleading. Since I go with their information, it makes me look horrible to my customers who think I’m just lazy to fix their boat or moving them behind other customers

I placed and order on their website and every part I ordered was listed as "In stock - ships within 24 hours" I even paid for expedited shipping because I needed the parts asap. I finally get an email a few days later with an order number but no shipping info. I go back to the website to check the status and it lists one of the items as now being available 3 weeks later. I was able to order that part from another supplier so I try to call at 3pm to cancel just that part so my order can ship asap and I get a message that the phones are turned off for the day because they are too busy. (huge red flag) I call back first thing next morning and get another message that I am # 61 in line and my wait time on hold is an hour and a half. (really?) I then just try to send and email to try and cancel the one part (again so my order can actually ship) and it takes 3 days to get a reply which states... the part I wanted to cancel has just arrived but one of the other parts I ordered is all of a sudden on back order now. I finally just canceled the entire order and found a more reputable supplier for parts. The customer service from this place is so unacceptable... I wish I read some of the reviews before I ordered from here. Do your self a favor and find another place to get your parts.

Boats.net makes promises they don’t keep. Ordered a part that was “in stock” that keeps having the shipping date pushed out. Their online chat is completely worthless. No response no parts but they seem to find the time to respond to complaints here. How about take that time and ship some parts as promised. Would give negative five stars if possible.

I placed an order for parts that the site listed as 'available', but the order had still not shipped 2 weeks later. The status of the parts listed on the site changed almost daily from available to 'temporarily unavailable'. ## Attempting to reach the company to cancel the order is impossible. ## The customer service phone line has hold times of greater than 2 hours, and the online chat service never responded after 3 days of attempts.

Ordered an “in stock” part on 6/27/22. As of 7/13/22 it still has not shipped and refund has not been given as promised. No response and impossible to reach since 7/8/22. Martin Polo should be sued for theft!

Boats.net shipped 3 of 4 parts I ordered but the packslip indicated all parts were shipped. Now I cannot contact Boats.net. For the past week phone calls get a "we've closed for the day due to high call volume" no matter what time you call. Chat says "We are temporarily closed to complete the opening of our new distribution center in Albany, Georgia. We only expect this to take a few hours." That has also been going on for over a week. No way to contact Boats.net. Very disappointing. Heard back from Boats.Net via email that they were sending me the missing item. Well they sent me another one of the items I already received, not the missing item. Of course Boats.net phone and chat are still not working. I emailed asking them to credit the missing item to my card, not holding my breath. Changing rating to 1 star.

Their website says they have parts in stock, so you order them. Then you get an email saying they arent in stock. Terrible company
