Ordered a lower unit from them which was over $3500 after taxes. Ordered it with sales rep on phone to make sure I received the correct one. I was assured for that price it was complete and ready to bolt on and use. Took about 8 days to receive. When I had finally had my mobil mechanic install it, he said not to use it until I get the screens that this unit didn't come with for over $3500! Now I can't use the boat until I purchase these screens that I believe should have came with a ready to go lower unit. I asked customer service and of course they sent me info on their order information for these screens so I could order it through them after just spending $3500 for a ready to go lower unit!!!😆 Ill be sure to get the screens from ebay at this point and NOT use this company again.... Hopefully that helps!!! Best Regards Unhappy Never Again Customer!!!

There parts and price are good but the availability and delivery times are a crap shoot even when they say its in stock before you order . Would only order if you are not on a time schedule and cant get your part elsewhere.

They have this idiotic policy that they only ship to US which I had a US shipping address. Except I had a second address outside US on my PayPal so they cancelled the order. Strange because I ordered parts from them before. But if it's not "in stock", it's potentially more that 2-3 business days. Overall, dysfunctional business that has trouble doing simple e-commerce.

I ordered a new boat prop using their prop selector tool. Unfortunately, the prop received was not compatible. Because I had put it on the spline (I didn't even tighten it down) - they deemed it unreturnable because it is now considered "installed" and not returnable. I would not order from them again due to this policy. This was an easy return for any other online vendor. They would not make an exception in my case. I won't be doing business with them again.

I ordered some cables which I have not yet recieved. Called about it a over a week ago and was told they should ship the next day. Still no cables. No follow up letting me know what's happening. An email explaining the delay would be nice.

STILL WAITING ON ORDER FROM OCT.4TH 24 DAYS AGO.

Ordered some parts for and outboard carburetor. Talked to sales and she assured me that they could meet a deadline because I had vacation planned. I payed the extra for rush shipping. Shebsaid they were relocating their warehouse but they would get the parts to me in time. I received my parts after I returned from vacation.

Impossible to get through
