They had what I needed on this order and I received it right away, some parts on other orders I have placed in the past were on national back order witch is out of their control.

Most of the parts you see listed on Boats.net are in stock and ship directly from one of our East or West Coast distribution centers. That means there's no middleman to slow things down and more than 90% of the country is eligible to receive 1-2 day shipping on their parts order. We are glad your experience with us was everything you were hoping for and we look forward to your next order!

I found exactly what I needed for a reasonable price, but there was an issue, national backorder, on one of the items and they were going to hold the entire order until that one item was available and they didn't tell me. I would have never ordered that item if the inventory had been correct when I placed the order. So 5 stars on (kind of) having what I needed, 1 star for accurate inventory and 0 stars for keeping me updated on the status of my order.

We sincerely apologize for the delay. We can understand your frustration and we are working hard to fulfill your order. It will be shipped as soon as possible. Thank you for choosing Boats.net.

If you know just what you need parts for the parts breakdown makes it easy to find the correct parts. 99% of the parts I have needed in the past 6 years were in stock. Excellent customer service including when the shipper delivered an empty box. The young lady was able to ship the part again right away. I recommend Boats.net to my friends and others that I may encounter at least once a month when they say they can not find what they are looking for.

High quality OEM parts at reasonable prices. I needed a specific set of Yamaha 2nd battery charging cables, and they had them in stock. Way less hassle than trying to contact the local dealer.
