Easy to use website and quick service

Having what i needed in stock. And fast shipping

The website is very easy to navigate. Very similar to the manufactures. The shipping was prompt and on time.

They have this idiotic policy that they only ship to US which I had a US shipping address. Except I had a second address outside US on my PayPal so they cancelled the order. Strange because I ordered parts from them before. But if it's not "in stock", it's potentially more that 2-3 business days. Overall, dysfunctional business that has trouble doing simple e-commerce.

I had trouble finding a water/fuel separator to fit my boat. A friend recommended Boats.net. They had exactly what I needed. It was straightforward to order and effortless to pay. My order arrived in three days. The first experience was excellent!

I ordered a new boat prop using their prop selector tool. Unfortunately, the prop received was not compatible. Because I had put it on the spline (I didn't even tighten it down) - they deemed it unreturnable because it is now considered "installed" and not returnable. I would not order from them again due to this policy. This was an easy return for any other online vendor. They would not make an exception in my case. I won't be doing business with them again.
