Very bad. They have really shit policies with no accountability for their actions. The customer care team doesn’t help at all.

Never buy a boat product. It has worst customer support. Once the product is sold they won't even look after your product issues. My product damaged with in one and half year. They don't even have enough customer service centers. Don't think of buying a cheap product like boat.

Very very very poor product and very very very poor service from boat side I I received the wrong product on 15/7/2026 and I completed the same on the same day, till now there is no positive response from the boat people nor has the product been changed or replaced.

I had purchase boat air buds alpha jet black with in 5 month I have register 4 complaint and 2 time given faulty repairing product and one time receive replacement and within 15 days prodcut one side not working also raise the complaint and prodcut has pickup from my address on 11 july 2026 but still status showing product in testing hub,,,,, I want replacement on 24 july 2026 that's it. Boat is a 3rd class customer service, its all product is defective. If you once buy any product, you can't replace or return. I recommended all customer please dont buy any product of BOAT.. Its doing fraud with customer... My number 7978957524.. You can contact with me, if any query.

I have purchased a boat soundbar last year. it shows complaint just after completing the warrenty period. When I contacted the customer service center, there is no proper reply for repairing the product. And I learned that there is no authorized service center for repairing their products.

I purchased a BOAT PartyPal Pro 65 on 4 July 2026. After several emails, I finally received it on 14 July 2026. When I opened the package and tested the speaker, I found that the wireless microphone was not working. I immediately sent an email to BOAT, but I have not received any response yet.
