I bought a wired earphone from boAt with a 1-year warranty, but the audio automatically stops after connecting it to my phone. I have to unplug and reconnect the cable every time to get the sound back. I contacted boAt support, and the product has already been replaced twice, yet the exact same issue keeps happening. Their only solution is to replace it again—which I have already done twice. Still, there is no actual solution. I feel like I have completely wasted my money. This was my first boAt purchase, and I chose an Indian brand despite having many other options. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing, especially the customer support. I would not recommend buying boAt products. Their after-sales support is extremely poor.

Strongly Dissatisfied I am extremely disappointed with boAt’s product quality and customer service. I purchased their Airdopes, and initially the left earbud stopped working. Despite the product being under warranty, it was not replaced. Now I am facing calling issues as well, which is even more frustrating. The product was already in transit for such a long time, and after waiting so much, I expected a proper solution when another issue occurred within the warranty period. Unfortunately, I received no satisfactory resolution. I am genuinely,unsatisfied and very disappointed. In my experience, neither the product quality nor the customer service and customer dealing have been good. I would not recommend boAt to anyone considering buying their products. Please think twice before purchasing.

Very disappointing experience with boAt. I received used earbuds, and the product even had no serial number. This is completely unacceptable for a new product. boAt should properly check products before sending them to customers. Very poor quality control and customer experience. I would not recommend buying from boAt after this experience.

Fault replacement was delivered by local distribution for boat device which was purchased from amazon. Complaint was rejected by boat website.

I know only dissatisfied customers review - so sorry to rock your boat! Have been a boAt customer for ~ 10 years now - I love Rockerz neckbands and have bought / gifted several. Over the years, this is the first time I have had to test their customer service - F1 Services in JMD Regency, Gurgaon - and the experience was terrific. Quick registration of my complaint, immediate acknowledgement from the company, constant communication, and free replacement within 5 days. Truly magnificent.
