Very disappointed with BoAt's replacement service. I had sent my BoAt Rockerz ANC 255 (original price ₹1799–₹1899) for replacement. After a few days, I got a call saying the product is out of stock, and I also received a message that if the item is unavailable, I would be given an upgraded model. But instead of an upgrade, they offered me the BoAt Rockerz ANC 280, which isn't even listed on their official website anymore. According to online sources, it costs around ₹1499 – that’s a downgrade, not an upgrade. When I requested a better model like the Nirvana 525, they said I’ll have to pay extra. So why is it okay for them to offer a cheaper replacement, but not refund the full amount I paid? They’re only willing to refund ₹1200–₹1300, which is unfair and unacceptable. This kind of service puts customers at a loss. I understand business policies, but customer trust should matter too. Please think twice before trusting BoAt with replacements.

The company is selling poor quality products and their customer service is incapable of replying. On top of it they even hide the poor reviews of their products from their website. Clear cheating of customers. Reviews of verified purchase of their products from their own website are being hidden from the webpage. If you go by their website alone, none of the customers have a bad experience. If you visit their customer service centers, the real story emerges. My purchase, Niravana ION anc TWD buds. Stopped working within 15 days. NEVER PURCHASING THIS BRAND AGAIN!

Worst company as airphone wireless experience no sound within 2 month of purchase. Please don't purchase boat company earphone. Save money save future

I like the budget friendly headphones and earbuds the fitting is comfortable of some but overall this is a good brand and budget friendly

Boat product warrantee claim services is one of the most worst service in India. I purchged a Boat party pall 400 speaker on 04/12/2024 from offline dealer. After two months the battery stopped working . Thereafter I raised complaint for warranty service accordingly on 12/04/2025 vide ticket No.55228535 ,on 22/04/2025 vide ticket id no. 55435096 ,on 22/06/2025 vide ticket id no.57139368 , but no proper steps to rectify the defects has yet been taken . The closes their resposibility after calling sometimes . One technician appeared few days back and taken away the photograph of the battery and clossed their response. The product qualitu also pathetic. None should go for this product. I am going to wide publicity in social media against the product to aware customers.

It is my huge mistake, meine boat se order krliya, 26 june ko order kiya the tbse meine customer care ko 6 baar carliya, roj chutiya bnare kal ajayega, 48 hrs ka time dijiye, or aaj 10 july hai, it means 14 days ho gye hai abi tak kuch b nhi aya, one important thing is mera jo order ana tha vo Gurgaon se ana tha or mai saket mei rheta hu, it means maximum time is 2 hrs to reach me, or inhone 14 days wait kraya, official website wale ab ye krne lag gye, isse better to mai flipcart minutes se kar leta 10 min mei ara tha.
