As usual, I was very pleased with one of my new Blueland products--the toilet cleaner. It did the job very well and no plastic! I have not yet tried the other product that is new to me, the laundry booster. Since I bought only the refill and wanted to use my own container, I have no idea how much to use, since it is given in terms of capfuls and the bag does nor say how much that is for people with no caps!

I like the product and had an issue in the beginning with a broken bottle and when I contacted you it was a quick response and it was resolved. I have had this product, I think a year and the squinter is not working well in all 3 of the bottles. I squeeze the trigger and it is slow and it also gets loose from the bottle and I have to screw it back on at least 3 to 4 times during a 2 hour cleaning spree.

We have used Blueland products for a long time and expand our uses as Blueland expands their product line. The soaps and cleaners work as well, often better than commercial bought chemicals. Stainless steel shines without streaking, and the dishwasher and clothes washer tablets are easy to use…no struggling with the little plastic wrapping, or thick plastic jug. There is no waste of packaging and no waste of product. The only drawback I’ve found is the dispensers provided in the box sets. The spray cleaners really are superior to everything Ive used before, and the foaming hand soaps leave a clean feeling. The problem with the spray cleaner dispenser/bottle is that it is made of plastic that is hard and brittle. I just broke my third bottle simply by it falling over and hitting the tile counter. The foaming hand soap dispenser is only fair. In cold weather it does not foam well; since we like it cold in our bedroom, the hand soap does not work well in the winter. I do like the heavy glass bottle it comes with, the problem seems to be with the pump. Otherwise I am a very happy customer and would love to be able to give Blueland 5 stars if they would just change a couple of things with their dispensers.

I love my Blueland products - they look great and clean really well! Every time I use them I like knowing that I’m doing something to help with the growing climate issues. Looking forward to trying the new products they develop!

I love, love, love Blueland products! I would have given them five stars were it not for the problem I had with the nozzle in one of my bottles. I wrote an email asking to purchase a replacement and was told that I would have to send a video of the problem before it would be solved. I know that the company is aware of the issue because a friend had the same problem and was able to replace the assembly. Now a have a beautiful, empty bottle awaiting the sending of a video to prove the problem actually exists. I was not looking for a free replacement and didn't expect to have to go through this to work it out.

My whole family loves Blueland foaming hand soap, so I buy refills for my kids for every holiday and mail them across the country! Blueland has the greatest earth-friendly products that more than do the job! Shopping online with them is much easier than another company that starts with a G that puts things in your cart. Blueland leaves it up to you!

I love this company and the products, but some of the items were missing. I order the sponge and cloth set and it wasn’t in the box.
