I will rate Bluefly 5 stars. The merchandise I purchase arrived on time and it was wrapped carefully. I am very much satisfied of the item.

Price changed as soon as I processed my payment. Poor communication. Website will not update orders placed, or at least show what youve ordered. Checking your order progress gives an error - "page not found". Not satisfied at all. Cannot get a response via email except "prices are subject to change"... but they expect a rating. Ha! I will never shop bluefly again

I was a bit skeptical because of bad reviews I read online but my order arrived a day early and there were no problems and at 1/3 the price at Kohl"s.

Bluefly has gone from a great shopping experience to a site I plan to avoid. It’s truly sad. I used to shop there pretty actively, one/two designer items per month ... but the last two experiences were horrible. Try contacting customer support for a question/comment and you’ll be on hold for 1+ hour. I emailed them a product question and got a response 3.5 Weeks later! Don’t know what happened over the past 2 years.

I am so satisfied.
