It took 10 days for the shoes I ordered to arrive. It took 3 days after I made my order for the shoes to ship. I have used other on-line shoe stores and it usually takes 3 to 5 days to receive items. The shoes I received were the correct item and size so that got them 3 stars vs just 2.

I ordered some shoes and then didn’t recieve any shipping info for almost a week, so I inquired to customer service and they said they’d look into it. Later on they let me know that the order had been cancelled because they actually didn’t have the shoes in stock! Mistakes happen, of course, but they didn’t offer me a coupon code toward a different pair or anything else for their error, which would have been good business.. The only reason I give it 2 stars instead of 1 is that they got back to me in a timely fashion.
