Ring sizes tend to run larger. Ordered 2 different rings: 1 had a stone missing upon arrival and the other had one stone fall out within less than a week. However, returns were easy.

A little slow on shipping. Otherwise, no complaints.

I placed an order and got an email saying it was unavailable in the size I chose so I reorder in an other size and I was sent Both orders so ended up with 4 pair of shoes instead of 2 pair,

I have ordered from you 3 tod's men shoes wich all came the wrong size , 1 glasses wich came in another style and a men's wallet wich I did not receive yet. I payed for an express shipping and my order was extremely late. I ordered 2 pairs of shoes during a sale. I got one pair without incident. The second pair they sent the complete wrong shoes, I ordered rose gold sneakers, they sent men’s hiking boots. I immediately sent an email to customer service and was told that I can re-order the rose gold and send the hiking boots back. I went onto blue fly and the shoes were now DOUBLE the price. I sent an email back to blue fly explaining the situation and said I would like to pay the price I paid when they were on sale. The email I got back said “this is a second party provider for the shoes so we don’t control prices and can’t fulfill your request” I wrote back and said “I ordered from your website, I have been a great customer for about 10 years, and have recommended your site to many friends, and you’re going to lose me over this” Recieved no response. NOTHING. So sad that be treated this way. BUYER BEWARE, you are not necessarily shopping with blue fly when you use their website. Amazon would never treat me this way. Maybe that’s why they’re so successful. Sorry blue fly you dropped the ball, and when I wrote back to customer service i asked for my email to be sent on to a higher up (manager, supervisor) and still have heard nothing. I still have the boots and would be happy to return them to get the shoes I wanted. This only happened a couple/few weeks ago.

Great service, frequent updates on status, good packaging, very good pricing

Excellent quality shoes. However, I had to contact bluefly as they forgot to order one pair of shoes (the pair for my birthday I had to wait for isn’t that something). Contacted the company, they ordered them. Good quality product. Must watch your shipping receipts though.

Order arrived timely and accurately. Pleased as a first time shopper
