love the selection, but had trouble with ordering with no confirmation sent, so ordered again and ended up with 2 items vs. one. RETURNS are not good! You need to call/email to get requisite form, not automatically enclosed in purchase and you can't get form if you have signed in as a guest. 14 days is too short a window dealing with this hassle

I usually enjoy the online experience with Blue Fly, however! Not this time. I paid $60 USA to have a parcel express shipped to Australia, It hasn’t yet arrived! I have had no correspondence from Blue Fly about what it’s shipping status is? I also realised the website was showing USA $$ despite displaying Australia.. thus a huge confusion when the exchange rate set in and the final charge was SIGNIFICANTLY more than I expected!! Blue Fly you could really improve this experience by explaining to the customer before they commit to the purchase the final conversion price! And when the realistic date of arrival will be!! In addition, don’t partner with companies if they can’t commit to the time frames and I would consider it good business if you would refund my shipping money and at this point the gift will be late so I no longer need the necklace and would appreciate the refund on that too.
