Found what I was looking for at a great price

The website sucks! The picture did not show the real color of the item. I checked out as Guest and when I came back to return, there is no way for me to log in to my order status to even REQUEST a return. Cannot sign up, sign in is impossible, forgot password takes me to an error page. Worst service ever! ***Order #34467838456***

The merchandise was all cheap looking, not as described. I haven't had time to deal with it, so now I'm beyond the stingy 14 day return period, so I'm stuck with $400 worth of garbage I can't wear or use. I've started shopping with bluefly nearly 20 years ago, when it was brand new. My last customer service experience was not good but I decided to give them another try. I will never shop with them again thanks hi that terrible treatment of customers, unfair return policies, and decline in quality of merchandise. I'm done.

you sent me the wrong size shoe and I waited in the phone and no response for 8 minutes . Said you would call me back and still no response. This is the second time I have had a terrible experience with you. This is not good at all.

Poor communication! Ordered an item which never shipped. No communication as to why the item never shipped. After 2 phone calls and multiple emails, found out that the item was out of stock. Bluefly should have been proactive and taken the initiative to communicate with me about the situation as oppose to me calling and emailing to find out what was going on with my order

Prompt and great prices

Ordered three items. The next day received an email saying that one of them was out of stock and it’s rare occasion. day after got another email saying 2nd item was out of stock, now I am afraid to check email tomorrow.
