Don't buy from this site,i order 2 products and i never receive them,they don't answer to my emails or phones.

I placed and order last Friday. Received and an email with an order number unlike the usual Bluefly order numbers. And the order does not show up in my account. I emailed only to receive a reply from Michael who never gave clear answers and even told me he tried to contact me. There is no record of calls on my phone. Tried to call Monday but the phone lines were unavailable. On Tuesday did speak with Jamal who said he would contact the vendor. Spoke with him again, He seemed annoyed at my second call and said he had not heard back from the vendor. I also asked about the odd order number. Jamal said that Bluefly is changing it's system. What's up Bluefly? I have shopped the site for a good 15 years. Please fill my order or give me my money back.

Horrible horrible horrible. I bought a pair of pants and they came in defective and clearly worn. I contacted them through email and they demanded photos. I happily provided them and did not hear back for 5 days (or even until now, no reply!). Then I call their main customer service help line and I get an automated message saying they are 'unavailable'. Mind you, it wasn't as though the company said they were unavailable. No just a standard cellphone message. Not to mention I called in the middle of a weekday during their business hours. My package has no return label and the company is blatantly ignoring me. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. End of story.

I am reaching out here because I am extremely upset and disgusted by the dismissive customer service I encountered. I ordered three dresses this morning. I want to change the shipping to expedited, and didn’t realize it till like 5 minutes after I submitted the order. My order number is 344-123138128. Firstly, who operates a big business like this in which the phone system is being upgraded DURING business hours ????? Fine they say email out customer service. I did. I explained the situation, and she told me I wouldn’t be able to make any changes to my order. That’s ridiculous since the order won’t ship for 24-48 hours. Furthermore, her response was patronizing, dismissive and unhelpful. I demanded for a supervisor etc to call me so we can resolve this. I am still heading crickets. I demand someone call me because honestly this is the worse feeling to have all weekend. Unreal. I see why amazon etc is winning.

After being a long time Bluefly customer I initiated a return for an expensive dress which didn't fit. I was two weeks late in returning it due to surgery from which I am recovering. I was denied any type of exception. I buy from all the other major sale sites who have return policies in excess of two weeks and did not realize that Bluefly's return was shorter (NO paperwork was included in the box). I will NEVER buy from them again. It is a shame that they don't place a higher value on their customers.

I ordered a Louis Vuitton Bloomsbury and item was in new condition as described. I am very happy with my purchase.

Trying to return a pair of boots but used Affirm so I'm not sure how to return them to get a refund as the website didn't give me an option. Sent an email but say that I would get a better response here. My order number is #34468730084 just want to get a return slip so I can return my shoes.
