The staff working in the center are extremely useless and does not ever show any kind of help or support. Every time I visit this center I have a strong feeling that they are only concerned with declining my application to finish the appointment as soon as possible. The staff does not try to find solutions instead they are exceptional in spotting errors within the application. Today, my application was rejected because I was applying at London while I live in the West Midlands. I explained several times that the mistake was not intentional and because I got my visa last year from the same center, I have automatically used it while building my application this year. The team did not show any kind of sympathy or cooperation to process my application exceptionally to save me the trouble of losing money and the summer holiday. They were so rude and kept on blaming me for the mistake. By the way, last year was very similar when they declined my application in the first appointment because I did not submit a notarized/translated sponsorship letter for my 7 yrs daughter who was travelling with me on a summer holiday!!

I wish I have a zero- stars option! I booked an appointment for me and my family at the Dublin office, couple of days after booking, I recieved emails from them ASKING ME TO PAY 54E ONLINE AS A MANDATORY VISA FEES. I suspected that the sender (whose email was at bls.net) is a scammer or someone who is impersonating their identity. I sent them all about the case asking them to clarify the situation and confirm the security of my personal data AND THEY DIDN'T REPLY TO MY CONCERN and neglected my email. I sent an email to the Spanish embassy to let them know what happened and I am waiting for their reply before calling the police and proceed with legal actions (can't believe how the embassy of spain assign their visa centerto such unprofessional companies).. If you have to apply you have to be very careful. I will never apply again to the Spanish visa because of them.

Many times took BLS services and every time BLS proved his inefficiency. People who know internal BLS Employees can get work done by skipping the queue. Specially BLS person running his business in India high commission office reserved, rude, provide in complete information and will assist you based on your name to identify (? All knows). Help less services. In front of me saw people were restless with BLS services . BLS keep it up the great services to us and your business. Providing feedback is not not a crime.

I would like to thank Mr. Basu from BLS Singapore for his immense support and help in not only finding my passport application from the net, but his immense patience in dealing with the whole situation that I found myself to be. My passport was expiring within few days and despite not having an appointment for application, he found my application which I could not do myself, and manage to take me through the entire process and finally I could apply for the same. I fumbled many times in the process but Mr. Basu was extremely kind and patient while he had many others waiting in queue to attend. My passport also arrived after two weeks at my residence just as he had mentioned. Thank you Mr. Basu, may your tribe grow. Kind regards Suchandra

This was a Pre-pandemic holiday. My wife and I lost our touring holiday in Spain, which cost us £2000. We had to book another holiday in a different country. Applying for a visa with BLS was a terrible experience. BLS deliberately make it very difficult to provide an appointment slot, in order to reduce the time you have to make an application. They never answer the telephone, I tried many dozens of times. We booked our holiday 3 months in advance, however, by the time we actually got an appointment, there was less than 4 weeks remaining. The process is extremely difficult, they require far more documentation than I have ever had to provide before. This company is not interested in helping applicants in any way. Their operation is totally geared to finding fault in applications, and forcing applicants into a premium appointment costing around £65.00. We finally managed to get an appointment. We sat in their waiting room for 45 minutes and they applied the delaying technique to the 5 people that were in the queue before us. One man had driven from Leeds to Manchester, and they told him that he had to apply in person in Edinburgh. He only had a few days before his holiday. For each applicant, they managed to find fault in the application. Everyone was asked if they would like to make a premium appointment. It was intimated that this would be a much simpler and trouble free process. One girl had already made 3 previous difficult journeys by public transport from Cheshire. BLS are absolutely not interested in helping people to get visas. They are only interested in forcing applicants to part with their money. They may be costing Spanish tourism millions of pounds each year. The Spanish Government would do themselves a great favour, if they employed an agency with Spanish staff, interested in promoting Spain. This non-Spanish company is not interested in furthering Spanish interests. They are only interested in money. They damage the reputation of Spain, and cause many people a lot of stress prior to their holiday. My wife said that she would never visit Spain after the awful experience that BLS had put us through.

1) They sent my passort to someone else in India breaching Information Governance. They did not even bother to tell me this. I know this because the person in India contacted me to say they have my passport. 2) These people are scammers. They pretend they have no appointment slots so that you end up paying ridiculous prices to book a priority slot then suddenly an appointment become available. They feed off people's desperation.

My personal experience based on facts: booked an appointment telephonically & was assisted by a helpful & pleasant gentleman. Arrived for the interview & was ushered into a waiting area & assisted within 10 mins of arriving. All very pleasant & smoothly run - until it came to payment. I was charged a very high additional cost for using their 'priority' service which I did NOT request. Furthermore, one of the apparent benefits of the priority service is that if you are missing some of the relevant paperwork at the time of appointment, that you then have until 4pm to submit it - I was not allowed to do this despite being charged for the service (that I did not request). I would recommend that anyone making use of their service pay attention to what you're being charged before making payment beconce you've paid, you've got a snowball's chance in hell of getting it back. The after sales service was very lacking & the guy who assisted me was determined to come across as being conveniently unfamiliar with the English language
