We are dissatisfied with the services provided. It appears that the primary goal of BLS is to generate revenue from clients, often by encouraging upgrades to premium services at a cost of $100 per person. While waiting, a lady arrived with two daughters and mentioned knowing (Hide Name)Kaur, one of the staff members. At that time, approximately 20 people were waiting, and a staff member instructed them to sit and wait to be called by Kaur. We believe that such practices undermine professionalism and respect for clients’ time. Our intention in coming to Canada was to avoid corruption; however, it seems similar situations are present here as well. We advocate for fair and respectful treatment of all clients.

FRUSTRATING — CLOSE THIS PLACE! Horrible experience with BLS Manchester. The staff are not helpful and treat you badly, as if you are annoying them. They provide no information and it is extremely difficult to get a clear answer about your application. They make you pay for a photo even when you bring your own photo. This feels completely unnecessary and unfair. They ask for your flight dates and travel plans, so they know exactly when you are supposed to travel. Yet they continue accepting applications even when they clearly cannot process them in time. If you cannot process applications within a reasonable timeframe, DON'T TAKE SO MANY APPLICATIONS AND TAKE PEOPLE'S MONEY. They keep your passport for weeks, leaving you unable to make alternative plans. What makes this even worse is the lack of communication. Emails receive automatic replies that do not actually answer your questions, and getting real help is almost impossible. This whole experience has been incredibly frustrating. People are trusting BLS with their passports, their money and important plans in their lives. If the system cannot handle the number of applications, something needs to change. Hopefully someone takes action and seriously reviews how BLS Manchester operates.

They increase their fees more than $50 in 2 months it’s actually not acceptable. Also they barely accept the application they always find tiny mistake and re do application then they can make more money . No washroom for applicants only people who have primary appointment they are allowed to use washroom. You need to pay $100 for using washroom. They have their own rules

BLS visa is a HUGE waste of time! I’ve spent countless hours in the office and online trying to even find an appointment on time. I had to fly there to do the appointment in person, fine but then i’m told I have to fly back out and pick it up in person and no family member is allowed to pick it up…ridiculous. On top of all of that coming back to pick it up was also a pain. they are money hungry…such a horrible experience. Picking it up almost took as long… TO PICK UP!? The people there having their actually visa appointments were finished before me when all I had to do was pick it up!!!

I had an outstanding experience at the BLS Spain Visa Application Centre, and I would especially like to thank Olivia for her exceptional service. From the very beginning, Olivia was incredibly professional, kind, patient, and attentive. She guided me through the entire process with great efficiency, answered all my questions with genuine care, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and reassuring. Her dedication to providing excellent customer service truly stood out. She treated me with respect, courtesy, and a warm attitude that reflects the highest standards of professionalism. Very disappointing experience with BLS Dublin. I paid for the courier service at the beginning of my visa application so my passport would be returned to my home address. However, BLS never sent my passport by courier and instead required me to collect it from their office. Despite not providing the service I paid for, the courier fee was never refunded. To make matters worse, I later received an email instructing me to travel to the BLS Centre to collect another document. Because I live around 200 km away, I contacted BLS several times by email and phone before travelling to make sure the email was correct. I was repeatedly assured that it was. After making a 400 km round trip, taking time off work, and waiting for about an hour at the centre, I was informed that the email had been sent by mistake and the document was never intended for me. I submitted a formal complaint requesting reimbursement for the unnecessary travel expenses, lost working time, and the courier fee. To date, I have received no refund and no response to my emails. Very poor communication and customer service. I expected BLS to take responsibility for its mistakes, but it has completely ignored my complaint.

Unnecessary delay in application processing, lost the entire trip due to extremely slow visa application process, unreliable service, they even lost some of our documents and we had to resend them and yet didnt get our visa and we lost all the money we paid for Cruise, Airfare, Hotels etc. Filing a court claim against them.
