BLS InternationalReviews of blsspainvisa.com

Bls's officers in Iran are very kind and beautiful Thank you

I went to Bls in Iran and every thing was fast and organized The staff were so polite too

I absolutely agree with the comments about scam, BLS knows it takes 6 weeks for a visa, minimum. Spanish consulate are equally guilty as they are failing to meet article 23 810/2009 EU. Problem is the consulate is failing to deliver and also guilty of not stating their failure to meet 15 days. BLS is far worse they are charging and scamming people, and trying to hide behind 45 days which is not the criteria, it is decision in 15 days and 45 if you need to provide more paperwork. BLS have a notice and have stated there own opinion of the arrival 23 on there window and have a sign in bright red blaming the consulate. BLS are knowing taking money in full knowledge you will not get a visa to your holiday if under six weeks, how do I know because I spoke face to face with the consulate who inform me this is the case and Madrid are not issuing visas and it's been months. BLS London is a scam and I am suspicious that reviews on their website are fake, considering the number of complaint on Facebook, here and other review sites.

Went 1.5 hours early and saw the queue.Still checked in but within 10 minutes we were with Alisha. What a lovely lady, we were so stressed with our non lucrative visa but she was so professional we wondered why we had been so worried.Big thumbs up and thanks to Alisha. To anyone going in the future, treat the staff with respect and you will reap the reward!

My main issue with BLS is that it clearly stated everywhere that the response time is 15 days..... if they know they can not honour that then say and we would have paid premium. Last year we applied for my husband and due to short time around we paid premium and got back within a week. This year we had 22 days so did normal service, my husband had his appointment on the 6th but did get a text to say processing at Misson until 12th .....how did it take 6 days??? We are due to go away next week and it still says processing at mission, having spoke to consulate they say that it's BLS issue and they are accepting too may applications. I don't really care who's fault it is but I feel both parties are running a money making scheme and they are ruining 100s of people's holidays/ family time/ 1sts..we are missing a family wedding because they were unable to do their job for 1 visa. We also do not have my husbands passport as its still at the consulate so we are currently at their mercy on when we get this back.

La gente que trabaja ahí es muy poco profesional y genera mucha decepción saber que pagas tanto para tan pobre atención.

Can you please explain why you charge £60 for next day courier for me and my wife’s passport? So you charge £60 to deliver passports within London There was not even other options and this was compulsary

Totally unprofessional! We lost our flights, a lot of money, holiday dates that I booked well in advance from my job.. We were looking forward to our trip. It has been an absolutely headache dealing with this company. After waiting for the visa for more than 30 days (when I was told it would take up 15 days} we received a message from the delivery company DX few days ago saying that they had receive it on Thursday and it would be delivered today Monday 18/08. I waited all day at home, then I contacted them to be told that they haven't received it, that I should contact BLS in case the delay is at their end...when you call BLS they cant give you any information, so with the tracking number I checked on their website and it says "Passport dispatched via courier", but the courier says they haven't received .... this is a joke, scam! the way they play with our money, time..... Shame of BLS and for using a rubbish courier as DX. I just want my passport and forget about all this. SCAM, SCAM! and shame of the Spanish consulate to use this rubbish If they cant manage a high volume of applications the should have told us!!!!!!! BTW, I paid for premium and this is what I have ,,,nothing after more than 35 days not even a proper answer about where my passport is
