I have now purchased four, beautiful Bird of Paradise plants from Bloomscape and am extremely pleased with both the plants and customer service. All plants arrived in perfect condition after being packaged with obvious care. There was a very minor hiccup with the most recent order but I contacted customer service who reached out on a holiday weekend to make sure everything was remedied and then some. It was a very minor financial issue, nothing to do with the quality of the plants or shipment; and Francesca fixed the issue immediately and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the result. After a terrible experience with careless packing by Home Depot, what a nice change. These folks know how to grow strong, healthy plants that will continue to thrive in your home. LOVE this company!

I purchased the philodendron trio in April and they are remarkable. This is my second years purchasing from Bloomscape , and I am thoroughly pleased with their product. I have purchased ZZ plant which is amazing. Francesca the plant specialist was really helpful with the How to Grow teams help. So if you are looking for beautiful plant buy from Bloomscape.

We ordered a plant from them years ago and last year a new pot for that plant that they recommended. My plant is thriving so well that it is huge and I reached out to customer service for advice. They responded quickly and gave multiple steps of advice. I was so impressed and will order from them again!

I recently ordered 2 plants from Bloomscape and both people who received them loved it! Plants were packaged great and great quality. We had a delivery issue with one (not Bloomscape's fault) but customer service was great in helping us. Francesca at Bloomscape was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend Bloomscape. Can't say enough good things.

I’ve been ordering from Bloomscape for years because of the quality and condition of the plants being far superior to what you can find at Home Depot, etc. A big problem with those stores is the presence of pests in their plants. Have been satisfied with Bloomscape all around.

I have purchased multiple plants from bloomscape and each experience with them has been nothing short of wonderful. Not only do they offer a wide variety of plants, but their plant care team is so helpful and kind. I also use their app, Vera, to keep track of watering and fertilizing! I feel like the price of the plants are worth it and their customer service is quite lovely.

Absolutely amazing customer service with Bloomscape. I had a shipping issue with a housewarming gift I was sending, and Francesca took care of the issue immediately! I was also given a Bloomscape trio as a housewarming gift and I love it! It is such a unique and special gift. Easy to care for with the directions and info given on each plant. Bloomscape will always be my go to for a new home gift of good luck!
