BloomscapeReviews of bloomscape.com

I ordered a parlor palm that came laughably small for the container it was in. The container was water logged and had nats, and I had to repot the plant. Bloomscape sent me a replacement, which was still way smaller than advertised. It was in a slightly smaller nursery pot, but one still far too big for the plant. I honestly don't think they have plants in the sizes they're selling them. AND the folks planting and shipping these either have no idea what a plant needs, or they don't care. I have bought other plants from Hey Rooted with excellent results, and I will stick with them from now on.

I used to love Bloomscape, I have some thriving plants from 2021 that really helped my houseplant collection grow. Now, they ship from Costa Farms, which intentionally do not but from as the plants come unhealthy, root bound, and often with mites. I bought a Money Tree from Bloomscape last month. I saw it was coming from Costa Farms and reached out to Bloomscape who simply did not respond. The tree is already wilting, losing leaves, and just generally looks unhealthy. I’m going to try to save it, but I wasn’t trying to pick up a rescue. For the price, it ought to have been a healthy plant.

Ordered “Colorful Collection” trio of plants as a birthday gift for my friend. Ordered 4/30. Due to a technical error my order didn’t ship on-time. Bloomscape offered to upgrade my shipping to express 2-day air and created a label on 5/9. What a mess from there. The plants didn’t arrive to UPS until 5/12 and weren’t delivered until 5/17, long after my friend’s birthday. The box had also been broken into and one of the three plants was stolen. There was soil all over the box and the remaining two plants in disarray. Wasn’t a very impressive birthday gift when my friend opened it. I upgrade from 1 star to 2 star because Bloomscape gave me a full refund and were apologetic. I wouldn’t buy from them again.

I would NOT recommend this company, instead buy from a local plant store! My plant arrived upside down and broken. Dirt everywhere and a mess that I had to clean up. The stand was also broken. Bloomscape offered to replace the plant but would not offer a refund. Now I am once again dealing with UPS delivery issues (my time and effort). The company should have offered a refund all together.

Plants delivered well, but their customer service is horrible. They have no 800 number, and took forever to get back to me. For the prices that they charge, I expect excellent customer service. I have been tempted to purchase from them again, but I will not, when I think of the poor customer service. I find the personality of the company to be impersonal, cold and greedy.

Disgusted with the state of the plant they sent. I was skeptical about shipping plants and Bloomscape absolutely confirmed my suspicions. I wish I had a way to share the photo I took of the destroyed Prayer Plant they sent me. Never again!

I didn’t receive my full order yet, online the order is showing complete. Here’s the part of the order that I did not receive: Begonia Collection - Taupe ADDITIONAL RESOURCES: VIEW BEGONIA CARE GUIDE 1 $60.00 x 1 $60.00

I received a plant from this company and it was clean and arrived in tack. So I decided to order two friends one. I ordered two plants for friends for Christmas. Thank goodness they were delivered to my house first. They arrived very dirt and one of the plant blooms was turning brown and dying. I reached out to the company and they offered 20 percent off my next order. Which is really nice and also sad. All this means to me is I have to spend more money to get a plant that may or may not be clean. Oh but wait I get 20% off! Ummm.. I think I will go with a company that will deliver a product that looks like it did in the picture, clean and healthy!
