I read the reviews but decided to take a chance. I order just five plants to see for myself. My plants arrived fast and in good condition. I wish I would have ordered more.

Ordered almost $400 in flowers. Most looked great. One died very quickly. When you call the ONLY option is to email Pete. I emailed with pics and what happened to which he replied they were out of stock. They in fact were not out of stock and while I continued to email him about a refund I got ignored. So just be wary of ordering that you are not going to get customer service if you have an issue.

The first time i ordered from NewGardenPlants.com, i received excellent plants. This time; however, the plants are barely rooted and look like cuttings. Disappointed as i was hoping to be able to keep ordering from them.

Ordered three “twist of lime”Heuchera and five Karl Forester, feather reed grasses. Communication about the order was good and the plants arrived timely and nicely packaged. They were healthy and of the size indicated on the website. Would order again.

I regularly order plants online, but New Garden will not get my business again. I ordered three plants; string of pearls and two Cheyenne Spirit coneflowers. I receive one coneflower that was half dead and very little root growth. Same thing for the string of pearls. I sent an email to the company, but have not gotten a response. This vendor clearly doesn't honor it's commitments.

I received 2 Hibiscus plants. One was fantastic, while the other "Cookies and Cream ", was a twig. I emailed the Company that same day with pictures, and have not heard anything from them. I've sent 2 emails to this company. Needless to say the Hibiscus died within 2 days. I'm not asking for my money back,just a replacement plant. I'm extremely disappointed with this company. I was a First Time Buyer. The fact that they have chosen NOT to respond, says a lot about this Company. Now, I'm going to go through PayPal to get my money back. I grow Hibiscus 43 and counting, and I'm always looking to add to my collection. I love supporting family owned businesses. In conclusion, I would not recommend this company, and have advised my garden club. You won't succeed in business if you don't take care of your customers Pete.
