I received a plant from Bloomscape yesterday. I knew I had not ordered it so I contacted them. They told me that the card must have not been put in the box but it was from The Farmers Dog regarding my dog, Maya. They apologized for the error and told me exactly what the card said. The plant was delivered by FedEx and was in great shape. The box was perfect for the plant and it was still moist and I now have it sitting where I can see it every day. They got back to me immediately with the information I needed and I was impressed that the plant was packaged so well and arrived in such good condition; having never ordered a live plant before.

I ordered and a Bromeliad Pineapple, and a ZZ plant. I have had a ZZ plant for about 2 years, and i absolutely love them. When i received my plants and was placing them i noticed a few brown marks on my old plant. I contacted their specialists, and even though i didn't buy that plant from them they quickly gave me a quick response and some things to do. I have placed a second order for a Sansevieria. I had a beautiful large one, but i killed it. I have been more of an outdoor plant guy. But with support if i need it is so appreciated. Love the pots they come in too.

I purchased a xs bundle from Bloomscape which consisted of the ZZ plant, Sansevieria and the Hoya plant in early spring, and to date my plants have really flourished. I am so excited and pleased. My ZZ and the Hoya plants had to be repotted in a bigger pot. When Bloomscape get their pots in I will order a couple so I can repot my Sansevieria. I now know why I bought these beautiful plants because they enrich your lives and a room Thank you Bloomscape

Rarely do I ever write reviews, but I ordered a care package and found out that the soil scoop was missing. Reached out and Alex got back to me in a timely manner. I asked if I can buy and add potting soil to the replacement order. He sent me confirmation for the replacement scoop and included the soil at the inconvenience of the situation. Appreciate it so much!

I recently purchased a plant as a gift for someone and had a question about my order regarding a coupon and they were so quick to respond and went above and beyond to help me! Very impressed!

Really impressed with the service! I received the wrong bundle and the customer service quickly sent out a new replacement and allowed me to keep the wrong bundle. Very impressed with the response time and action taken! I'll absolutely purchase again!

I ordered plants that were severely damaged in shipping and the nice folks at Bloomscape gave me a full credit for everything I ordered. Excellent customer service and the plants would have been lovely if the shipping company hadn't smashed the boxes and froze them!

Great experience! I did not purchase from here. But, I had a question about my first ever, Bird of Paradise. Francesca was terrific, helping me resolve my problems, even though I didn’t purchase from here?.! I certainly appreciate Francesca’s help. She could of told me to, Go fly a kite! Especially since my BOP didn’t come from them!? But, she didn’t do that! She was helpful, kind, and knowledgeable, with all my questions. She wanted photos, of the plant, plus the problem area, on the plant. Francesca, and the Grow Team, knows their stuff. Thanks you again Francesca!
