I don’t trust this company they say you can cancel or pause thier product but that’s a lie, I ordered this collagen for my dogs and after a few days of using it in thier food my eldest dog had chronic diarrhoea, so I skipped the next order , via email, contacted them the following day again via email as my dog was really poorly, took him to the vets , this was Saturday morning, showed them the product, was told not to give him any more, in the meantime Bloompet tried to take a payment which was declined, this morning they managed to take a payment even though I had told them this product had made my dog poorly and they have ignored my last 2 emails so I’ve had to get in touch with my credit card company and cancel my card, I’m so angry and upset not only has it cost me money at the vets but this company has after I cancelled taken a payment for something that is probably the cause of my dogs illness, why do they put on their website that this collegan can be returned or cancelled when they clearly don’t do this, I could have lost my dog and all because I this companies ignorance in not responding to my emails, I’m upset enough that my dog has been poorly all weekend with these scammers taking money without my permission, it disgusting that this company cannot be contacted by phone either,especially when emails are ignored

After receiving damaged merchandise I called and received help immediately. I sent pictures of the damaged product and immediately got a response saying it will all be replaced. Great customer service.

Excellent customer service. Good product for my dogs allergies. These offers are great as I am pensioner and they help me stock up. Thank you Bloom.

Wish I could give them zero stars. Absolutely horrible customer service. They got my zip code wrong twice after confirming it with me and the package got returned to them both times after taking weeks to go through customs. They tried blaming it on the "carrier" when I could clearly seeing in the tracking info that they had put the incorrect zip code in. They refused to ship a 3rd time, stating that I had to deal with the carrier, even though They have the package (so what can the carrier do without a package). And they refuse to issue a refund. I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau.

Ordered product on website advertising Marine collagen only when received box list ingredients as Bovine and chicken collagen . Only contact information is through an email address very good about replying the first couple times and then when I showed pictures of what sanitizing what they sent me went silent, have requested an address to return to an authorization because it’s require,have not received an email back since will not supply a return address and authorization so I can receive my money back

Until further notice, I will not be using Bloom bloom pet . There is a discrepancy regarding the 2 shipments I’ve received. 3rd shipment serum was orange, not clear or light Yellow and my dog gradually stopped responding to the serum. Emailed Bloom they gave me song and dance about 90 days before anything happens. ( not checking I’ve been using Bloom for 90 plus days already. And that another order was taking too long. So I ordered again after notifying Bloom I haven’t received my order and it’s been a month since ordering. The 4th shipment came right away. Opened it to check the serum and it was blood red and thick. So I’m done with them until they make it right with me and I’ll give All 9 bottles I have back to them. I do believe the collagen is helpful and beneficial but maybe this company isn’t for me and Charlie.

Customer service was great.

My item was unfortunately damaged during transport which was no fault of Bloompet. I contacted them straight away and their response was so fast and they replaced my damaged bottle straight away with no issues. Great service very impressed
