I bought the drops my dog broke out so bad I had to use medication shampooing to get all the sores off her body

Since using the product my dogs licking and scratching has become less. Hoping that with longer use it clears up even more. Love the product

My dogs were on this bloompet collagen for approximately 30 days. Unfortunately it did not help them. I have an 8 lb 16 years old and a 1 year old that is 20 lbs. So I was really hoping that the old man would definitely get some help. When I emailed bloompet they refunded my money with no problem. Great company but it did not help my dogs. Some it does and others it doesn't. Each dog just like people are different and respond differently to different supplements & medicine. I hope it works good for someone else

I ordered from this merchant. After a month, I had not yet received the merchandise and ordered elsewhere. I eventually did receive the product but was no longer interested. After some going back and forth, the company credited back the cost of the purchase. Thank you

This is not about the product or shipping or cost. After I placed my order, I had several questions about being placed on auto-ship and related info. The customer service team's response time was remarkable. Not only did I get an almost instant reply, but they also clarified everything about which I had a question. A+ on that end.
