Unfortunately the product did not help my dog but I rate 4 stars because of the good service given when I requested a refund. I have had bad experiences with similar dog product suppliers but am happy to say that on this occasion my request was dealt with promptly and fairly

My issue is with the subscription and not allowing me to change how often I get the product. They encourage you to purchase more bottles by offering incentives. My first purchase was for two bottles and getting a third bottle free which was great. However, I have a 7 pound Yorkie who doesn’t need two or three bottles per month. I have other subscriptions for products for my dog that notify me in advance that my next order will be shipping soon. If I don’t need the product yet I can bump the shipping date to come at a later date. This company simply sent me an email stating my next shipment has been sent. I messaged them and stated that I didn’t need any yet and was there a way I could adjust the subscription. Their response was it was too late to stop this shipment. I totally understood that and would keep the product, but again asked couldn’t they notify me ahead of time and where and how can I fix this for future shipments. They responded by telling me they cancelled my subscription! Hardly what I would expect from a reputable company!

Their customer service was top notch. It went extremely smoothly and they acted immediately to resolve my issue. Thank you 😊 I would definitely purchase from this company.

We tried the BloomPet however our dog was not having it. We tried straight from the dropper like a treat and she took it the first time. The second time she actually ran from me and hid behind a chair. Then we tried it in her favorite food and she actually refused to eat anything even when we didn’t have it in her food we had to gain her trust back to eat again. She just didn’t like the taste. They did make good on the refund after I contacted customer service.

My dog couldn’t tolerate the drops. Bloompet were brilliant and gave a refund. I’m quite upset as it works for my friends pets, and has made a huge difference. I plan to come back after she has finished a course of treatment.

Company stands by their policy for returns and or cancellations. Got notice of cancellation on same day aI sent the request. I have a rescue shepherd/husky mix who has the yeast problem. I had tried pro-biotics, manually breaking the itch scratch cycle. NO GO tonic in the food changing food topical applications etc. Close to 1000 in treatments. Nothing worked. Then I tried your product hoping against hope that this time it would work. 5 weeks now and absolutely no change in itchy scratching paw biting and cough. I'm heartbroken that the product showed no decrease in symptoms. Rather than get the second order on auto shipment seemed like a waste of money (which I don't have). This is a dog all about affection. she just wants love and it is so sad that I cannot do anything to help her return to health

The product was working, but my bulldog died from a heart attack

Good afternoon all,we gave Bloompet a chance after others failed miserably to find some relief for my dog,as a consumer I was hesitant to get another product among the many that promised to do what Bloompet has achieved in the first month, my dog has improved,the itching and redness has dramatically gotten better,again is the first month,we have ordered another month and hopefully we will continue to see improvements,very grateful to Carla for having come up with this product, I believe we can call this “miracle product “, thank you again for a product that delivers without the BS!
