I had an issue with the buy 2 get 2 free deal. My order was short of my 2 free bottles...after reaching out to customer support Carla was amazing at solving the issue. I will certainly deal with this company in the future.

I saw a different total for my bill when i got my confirmation email so i reached out and asked about the discrepancy and re emailed to tell them the bank had taken out the proper amount and carla got right back to me got everything double checked fixed my mailing information as well. You guys are awesome. I love doing business with you.

It's the "putting right that counts" was a famous saying from a company here in New Zealand but applicable all around the world. In my case with Bloom it certainly is true, sadly they had a problem with spoiled product they were unaware of and replaced my order immediately with another. Unfortunately they suspected the issue was just one package but later discovered it came from the same container which was the culprit. They immediately refunded my money until they could ensure they had got to the rout of the problem. Can't say fairer than that.

Absolutely incompetent customer service. I purchased a "buy 3 get 2 free" offer. They only shipped 3 bottles and created a subscription (that I did not enroll in). There have been over 27 emails back and forth with them trying to get it resolved (my free bottles shipped to me) and it currently remains unresolved. NOTE: I increased the stars to two because they finally (after denying to until I contacted my credit card company) sent me the 2 bottles I was supposed to get with the promotion I ordered.

When ordering i misunderstood instructions and Carla replied to my email promptly and most helpfully. My problem was solved immediately. I find the service efficient and fast. I shall continue to use this product.

I was very sceptical when ordering as I wasn't 💯 that the company advertised was legit. However, tracking of order was good, and packaging, labelling etc as well. Very easy directions on bottle to follow. Ingredients well labelled also. I gave both my dogs, of different breeds, their first dosage. Both dogs, slept through the night with no biting,licking, scratching what so ever. This is a first for all of us, in many months. Of course I didn't expect anything to happen in 1 dosage, but somehow it did. Hopefully it will continue to go upwards for my babies sake.
