I want to cancel my subscription

If I could give this company NO stars believe me I would. On their website the advertised “pet detergent sheets which I have used (they came with my order of Puppy pads and they worked great. BloomPet had “listed for purchase” and I could just buy them alone without purchasing more puppy pads. I placed an order for 4 boxes. It took about two weeks and they arrived. I opened the package, and Booompet sent me 4 boxes of regular dryer sheets that one would use in n their dryer to wash regular clothes not puppy pads! I contacted “Carla@bloompet” who apparently is the founder of the company. I sent a picture of what I ordered and a picture of what they sent. She first tried to say that they sent what I ordered and again, I sent a second set of pictures.. Carla now says that she understands my frustration and “will look into it!” Sorry for the long story but I hope that everyone learns that this online company, is in my opinion, is a scam.

My dog won't touch her food smells it and walks away. Very dissapointed

UPDATE: BLOOM PET LIED to me about their returns. After I posted this original negative review they emailed me and offered to refund both the original order and the subscription I did not sign up for. They did refund the original order but now refuse to accept the subscription that I did not sign up for as a return. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Bloom Pet signed me up for a subscription that I did not request, and when I tried to return the original product under their 90 day guarantee, they only offered me 30% refund. If you dig into their website you'll see their 90 day guarantee is false advertising. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company.

I didn't even get past the order process.Buy 2 get one free for $40 mysteriously doubled during process. I exited right there. If it seems to be to good to be true IT IS

I used 3 bottles on my dog, and nothing has changed. He is still scratching as much as he did before we started this. I think you're a Hokes company praying off the people that are trying to help their pets get relief from the dry skin. I wish you wouldn't give us high expectation then you get rich from the poor. that is trying everything to help their loving pets.

Second order looks very different. Not the same product!!
